★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente horrível, uma pena que seja assim, eles me deram o calendário das aulas, no final das contas disseram que faltei em algumas aulas que nem estavam no meu calendário, como assim? Eles erram nos dias e no final das contas o prejuízo é meu. Por favor, não vão nessa auto-escola, é só prejuízo, escolham outra se possível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão trocando minhas aulas desde o dia que teria que começar, e for fim aceitei as aulas on-line, no dia que teria que iniciar eles mudaram para 7 dias depois e não recebi nehum comunicado , mandei mesg eles me mandaram um novo calendário e uma desculpa qualquer, então liguei e a atendente Rebeca me atendeu como toda vez com descaso, grosseiros e arrogância " me disse que . Qual parte que a gerente estava almoçando eu não tinha entendido. " por que eu perguntei apartir de qual horário ela entraria em contato comigo. Pois não tem como ficar o dia todo aguardando ela me ligar.
Muito ruim a falta de profissionalismo.

Because there is no way to stay all day waiting for her to call me.
Too bad the lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que paguei o curso comecei a ter surpresas desagradáveis. Mudam as regras, aumentam os prazos e só avisam quando a gente telefona para marcar a prova. Atendente REBECA além de debochada que responde a tudo com "não sei" e depois se vitimiza e mente pra chefe, a diretora SANDRA me enviou vários e-mails com calúnias, me mandou fazer a prova em outro lugar (mas não contou que eu teria que pagar tudo de novo), se negou a devolver meu dinheiro e passou dias me aborrecendo por email. Por telefone se descontrolou, mandou eu "parar de falar", desligou na minha cara, não me atendeu mais. Depois, MICHELE ficava fazendo graça ao telefone, me enrolando na conversa e repetindo as frases me fazendo de palhaça. ME COAGIRAM A FAZER A PROVA nessa escolinha rasteira, e ainda por cima no whatsapp, uma delas me mandou mensagem mandado "eu estudar mais", justo elas que cometem erros de português horríveis. Alem da venda casada da prova, do valor ser o mais caro da região, do atendimento baixaria, das mentiras, no dia do prova, a MICHELE QUIS RETER A MINHA BOLSA COM ELA !!!!!!!! Se a sala é cheia de câmeras, por que reter a minha bolsa ??? Onde está essa regra no DETRAN ? FUJAM DESSE LUGAR ! FUJAM SEM OLHAR PRA TRÁS. NAO CONTRATEM NENHUM DESSERVIÇO DELES.

Attendant REBECA, in addition to being mocking, who answers everything with "I don't know" and then victimizes herself and lies to the boss, the director SANDRA sent me several e-mails with slanders, told me to take the test elsewhere (but she didn't tell me that I would have have to pay all over again), refused to return my money and spent days pestering me by email. He lost control over the phone, told me to "stop talking", hung up on me, didn't answer anymore. Afterwards, MICHELE was making fun of the phone, enlisting me in the conversation and repeating the phrases making me a clown. THEY COATED ME TO TAKE THE TEST at this low school, and even more on whatsapp, one of them texted me "I study more", just because they make horrible Portuguese mistakes. In addition to the tie-in sale of the race, the price being the most expensive in the region, the lower service, the lies, on the day of the race, MICHELE WANTED TO RETAIN MY BAG WITH HER !!!!!!!! If the room is full of cameras, why keep my bag??? Where is this rule in DETRAN? RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! RUN AWAY WITHOUT LOOKING BACK. DO NOT CONTRACT ANY UNSERVICE FROM THEM.
