Me cobraram R$ 200,00 de mão de obra, R$ 150,00 de bicos injetores e se eu não tivesse a mangueira e o item que acopla no botijão, me cobrariam mais R$ 220,00 reais de kit.
Ou seja, para converter um fogão de Gás Natural para Gás de botijão, eu teria que pagar R$ 570,00?
Vocês não tem noção de valores e atendimento ao cliente.

They charged me BRL 200.00 for labor, BRL 150.00 for injectors and if I didn't have the hose and the item that attaches to the cylinder, they would charge me another BRL 220.00 for the kit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu purificador de água e COBRARAM UMA TAXA de R$ 30,00 para fazer o orçamento... disseram que caso eu autorizasse o serviço essa taxa seria descontada. É errado cobrar orçamento. Conseguir vaga para estacionar é tarefa praticamente impossível. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível… técnico atrasou o dia inteiro, apertou um botão, não tentou arrumar ou testar a máquina. E depois veio com um orçamento de 800 reais.
Me ligaram ainda falando que iam colocar a taxa de 60 reais da visita no meu CPF como pendência. Sendo que no dia falei para o técnico que ia pagar e ele disse que não precisava.
Pagar 60 para alguém ficar 5 minutos e nem tentar verificar a máquina e arrumar. FUJAM!
Horrible… technician was late all day, pressed a button, did not try to fix or test the machine. And then came with a budget of 800 reais.
They called me still saying that they were going to put the 60 reais fee for the visit on my CPF as a pending. On the day I told the technician I was going to pay and he said he didn't need to.
Pay 60 for someone to stay 5 minutes and not even try to check the machine and fix it. RUN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui prontamente atendido pelo whatsapp por toda a equipe, entre outras, já fui atendido pela Tainá,pela jasmin, pela Geovanna, e sempre foram muito atenciosas, educadas e deram solução ao meu problema.
Outro ponto muito bom são os técnicos, já vieram ao prédio me atender por várias vezes o técnico Elder e Luis, que também deram toda a atenção, mostraram que sabiam oque estavam fazendo, deram solução ao problema e consertaram muito rápido.
Tenho 3 Secadoras, 3 lavadoras e uma lava e seca, e estou mto satisfeito com o serviço da assistência técnica Tecfast.
Parabéns pela equipe.
