★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viajei no ônibus de São Luís para Imperatriz e voltei com a mesma empresa. As poltronas são ótimas. As poltronas leito eles disponibilizam um cobertor e um travesseiro. O wi-fi que dizem que tem, não funciona. A TV funciona, mas o catálogo de filmes precisa ser atualizado com melhores opções mais populares. O cumprimento do horário é bem feito. Bem climatizado e seguro e com os preços praticados pelo mercado.
I traveled on the bus from São Luís to Imperatriz and returned with the same company. The armchairs are great. In the armchairs bed they provide a blanket and a pillow. The wi-fi they say you have does not work. The TV works, but the movie catalog needs to be updated with better, more popular options. The schedule is well done. Well air-conditioned and safe and with the prices practiced by the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de comunicar, para fins de direito, minha indignação com a viação Açailândia. Eu encaminharei essa denúncia para o Procon e ANTT respectivamente.
No dia 24/08 eu comprei no guichê da rodoviaria de Imperatriz uma passagem para São Luís, no horário das 19:00.
Neste horário se apresentou uma empresa denominada POLENTUR, sendo que eu não fui informado desta contratada, um ônibus horrível, apertado, lotado e com motoristas totalmente despreparados ou em mas condições de trabalho devido ao ônibus oferecido. Uma verdadeira falta de respeito. No mesmo dia tinha outros ônibus disponíveis, em outros horários, ainda que mais caro, mas valia a pena. Foi uma viagem tensa e apreensiva que certamente colocou a vida de muitas pessoas em risco. Aguardem o contato judicial.
I would like to communicate, for legal purposes, my indignation with the Açailândia road. I will forward this complaint to Procon and ANTT respectively.
On 08/24 I bought a ticket to São Luís, at 7:00 pm, at the Imperatriz bus station.
At this time a company called POLENTUR was introduced, and I was not informed of this contractor, a horrible, tight, crowded bus with drivers totally unprepared or in poor working conditions due to the bus offered. A real lack of respect. On the same day there were other buses available, at other times, although more expensive, but it was worth it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vcs deveriam colocar ônibus leito na linha para Grajaú pq o que vcs colocam na linha é muito ruim e deixa a desejar. Se coloca se ficaria melhor , essa linha é copetida com a progresso, marsoltur, real maia, Araújo e em breve marlim fica atento!!
You should put bed buses on the line to Grajaú because what you put on the line is very bad and leaves something to be desired. If it gets better, this line is taken with the progress, marsoltur, royal maya, Araújo and soon marlim is aware !!
