Dia 29/12/2020 comprei uma passagem as 17:30 Salvador x Camaçari, no qual fomos assaltados fiz o boletim , estou até hoje sem conseguir contato telefônico para que possam resolver a situação e reaver o que foi roubado dentro do transporte, e até hoje nenhum suporte foi dado , já enviei um formulário através do site solicitando retorno e até o momento nada e o telefone ninguém atende .
Horrible!
On 12/29/2020 I bought a ticket at 17:30 Salvador x Camaçari, in which we were robbed I made the bulletin, I am still unable to get a telephone contact so that they can resolve the situation and recover what was stolen inside the transport, and even today no support was given, I have already sent a form through the website requesting a return and so far nothing and no one answers the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar uma passagem na rodoviária de salvador, e fui bem clara que não queria seguro , a atendente fingiu que nem escutou e mesmo assim colocou o seguro , eu nem voltei mais lá , atendimento péssimo , que fique bem claro , seguro não é obrigatório .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei numa fila lotada na rodoviária de salvador com apenas uma atendente...várias pessoas perderam o horário ou tiveram de furar a fila pra embarcar devido a lentidão do atendimento....dps saiu uma pessoa com a cara toda marcada de quem estava dormindo e começou atender, só q com péssimo humor e má vontade....
I was in a crowded line at the Salvador bus station with only one attendant...several people missed the time or had to cut the line to board due to the slow service....dps a person came out with a full face of someone who was sleeping and started to answer, only with a bad mood and ill will....
