★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero relatar minha insatisfação, marquei minha ultrassom para as 07:00h do dia 06/05/2021 fui a primeira paciente de ultrassom a chegar deu 7:55h e não fui atendida, houve um imprevisto com a Dr. Marcela, inevitável, porém sua assistente não deu nenhuma satisfação aos pacientes, e ao perguntar o que houve a mesma não teve profissionalismo querendo justificar a todo tempo seu erro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi ótimo, só que deveriam fazer uma sala para crianças na área de laboratório de sangue, a profissional que fez o procedimento no meu neto hj foi péssima . Muito grossa sem nenhum carisma com a criança de 3 anos . Foi horrível o atendimento dela.
The service was great, but they should have a room for children in the blood laboratory area, the professional who performed the procedure on my grandson today was terrible. Very thick without any charisma with a 3 year old. Her service was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica excelente, sempre tem agendamento para dias muito próximos, funcionários muito educados, nos horários intermediários é vazio, o que torna o atendimento bastante ágil. Agora temos vários exames que podem ser feitos na própria clínica sem necessidade de ir a uma conveniência, o que faz ter mais vagas e mais agilidade na entrega do resultado. A clínica é bem ampla e muito bem higienizada. O único ponto negativo é que o não pode estacionar na frente, tendo que deixar o carro na avenida ou estacionamento próximo.
A localização é ótima para quem vem de interior ou zona norte, excelente acesso por meios de transporte públicos.
Só o fato de não ficar 2h esperando pra fazer um exame simples nas outras unidades tem merecimento de todas as estrelas!
Excellent clinic, there is always an appointment for very close days, very polite staff, it is empty during intermediate hours, which makes the service very agile. We now have several exams that can be done at the clinic without the need to go to a convenience store, which makes it more vacant and faster to deliver the result. The clinic is very large and very well sanitized. The only downside is that the car cannot park in front, having to leave the car on the avenue or nearby parking.
The location is great for those coming from the countryside or the north, excellent access by public transport.
Just the fact of not waiting 2 hours to take a simple exam in other units deserves all the stars!
