★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei uma mensagem na semana passada pedindo um orçamento de um tampo de vidro da mesa da sala de jantar que havia quebrado, foram solícitos e essa semana vieram na minha casa medir o local para mandar fazer o vidro. Mas depois dessa visita não deram mais nenhum retorno, mandei mensagem perguntando prazo, forma de pagamento e se havia dado tudo certo, já foram 2 dias e não recebi NENHUMA resposta. Falta de profissionalismo, havia escolhido pelas avaliações positivas aqui e por ser perto da minha casa, então acho de extrema importância compartilhar minha experiência. Deixei de encomendar ou procurar outro profissional e continuo com um buraco na minha mesa! Não façam serviços com eles
I sent a message last week asking for a quote for a glass top of the dining room table that had broken, they were helpful and this week they came to my house to measure the place to have the glass made. But after that visit they did not return any more, I sent a message asking for time, form of payment and if everything had gone well, it has been 2 days and I have not received ANY answer. Lack of professionalism, I had chosen for the positive reviews here and for being close to my home, so I think it is extremely important to share my experience. I stopped ordering or looking for another professional and I still have a hole in my desk! Do not do services with them
