Hoje (21/05/2022) voltei para buscar o quadro que segundo eles estariam prontos na quarta feira e recebi a notícia de que o quadro não estava pronto é que eles não tinham a moldura que eu tinha pedido. Não me avisaram sobre nada em ato contínuo peguei os quadro e me retirei. Total falta de compromisso e respeito com o cliente. Péssimo lugar. Não recomendo.
I left a diploma a week ago to frame.
Today (21/05/2022) I went back to get the painting that according to them would be ready on Wednesday and I received the news that the painting was not ready is that they did not have the frame I had asked for. They didn't warn me about anything in a continuous act I took the paintings and left. Total lack of commitment and respect for the customer. Bad place. I do not recommend.
