2 times I've been on site during business hours and there was no one, leave a ticket on the door with 1 wrong phone number and the other nobody answers.

Contratei box e espelho para banheiro em 10/12/2018 efetuei o pagamento e até hoje 04/04/2019 não finalizaram o serviço ainda!
Worst service possible, does not meet deadlines, does not respond and does not answer calls!
I hired box and mirror for bathroom on 10/12/2018 made the payment and until today 04/04/2019 have not finalized the service yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem com o que falam, agendei horario e aguardei cinco dias para trocarem o vídeo da minha porta, simplesmente não vieram e não deram um retorno, mandei msg é não tive resposta.
FALTA DE RESPEITO.
They don't comply with what they say, I scheduled a time and waited five days to change the video on my door, they just didn't come and didn't give a return, I sent a msg and I didn't have an answer.
LACK OF RESPECT.

Foram cerca de 2 meses de muito estresse pra poder receber minhas peças de vidro e por fim não as recebi. A cada cobrança minha tinha uma justificativa diferente. Total DESCOMPROMISSO E DESRESPEITO com o cliente. Pelo menos devolveram meu dinheiro de volta. Péssima postura dos responsáveis.
100% CONTRA-INDICADO!!!!!!!! Não merece nem uma estrela... mas fui obrigado pelo Google a colocar uma para concluir minha avaliação.
Until the first contact everything was OK, but after I paid for the service came an avalanche of disappointments. It was about 2 months of a lot of stress to be able to receive my glass pieces and finally I didn't receive them. Each charge of mine had a different justification. Total DISCOMMITMENT AND DISRESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER. At least they returned my money back. Lousy posture of those responsible.
100% CONTRAINDICATED !!!!!!!! It doesn't even deserve a star ... but I was forced by Google to put one to complete my review.
