Após eu ter ligado no período da tarde para saber se viriam ou não, simplesmente me informaram que não ia ser mais possível no dia combinado. Fui atendido todas as vezes pelo Sr. Cláudio.
I scheduled a visit from a company representative for a quote the day before and, on the agreed day, no representative appeared, nor was there the promised phone call to confirm the visit.
After I called in the afternoon to find out if they were coming or not, they simply informed me that it was not going to be possible on the agreed day. I was attended every time by Mr. Cláudio.
