★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do serviço comprei 3 espelhos para colocar no rack da minha casa no dia em que fui na loja fui bem atendido pelo Antônio realmente pareceu ser uma boa pessoa cortou os espelhos pra min na hora, porém um deles cortou fora da medida e só percebi após ter colado na madeira, não contente fui na loja refazer ou arrumar o que ele já tinha cortado, disse q conseguiria descolar o vidro e me cortaria outro, ai começou a enrolação me deu um prazo para me entregar em casa aguardei uma semana e nada liguei pra ele dizia que já estava pronto e já iria entregar e nada toda vez que eu cobrava era uma desculpa q já estava no caminho, que já iria entregar etc... moral da história ele estragou minha madeira tive que comprar outra gerou um custo adicional que tive q cobrar dele e tive q ir na loja pra retirar por que não me entregava ficou um mês nessa ladainha...
Não gosto de inimizade com ninguém paguei pra ele tudo a vista numa boa tem gente q tem um ponto bom só que falta humildade e honestidade não o crucifico por que todo mundo esta sujeito a erros mas deveria ser mais competente no que faz por isso não indico a ninguém, tinha ate feito um orçamento para fazer um espelho maior para meu banheiro mas vou procurar outro lugar .

I don't like enmity with anyone, I paid him for everything in a good way. There are people who have a good point, but they lack humility and honesty. I don't crucify him because everyone is subject to errors but he should be more competent in what he does, so I don't indicate to anyone, I had even made a budget to make a bigger mirror for my bathroom but I will look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei uma substituição de vidros da minha vidraça, e devido chuva, comprei a solução mais rápida, cujo PRAZO dado foi de 3 dias (instalado), e hoje está fazendo 8 dias, que mesmo cobrindo diariamente, não fui atendido. Estou aqui na frente esperando meu dinheiro (sinal) de volta !

Falta de respeito com Clientes. Irresponsável. Não cumpridor de palavras. Demora para cumprir com o serviço combinado. Isso porque o pagamento foi feito a vista. Passem longe desta Loja.
Erramos por não ter pesquisado a idoneidade da Empresa antes. Vendedor Antônio com fala mansa, todo educado e resolver o problema que é bom nada. Foi comprado um Box para banheiro que, não foi entregue conforme o combinado. E um par de espelhos para a porta do guarda-roupas, que não durou uma semana.
Descontentamento total. Não comprem nesta loja.

Lack of respect for customers. Irresponsible. Not a word-doer. It takes time to comply with the combined service. This is because the payment was made in cash. Go away from this Lodge.
We were wrong because we had not researched the Company's reputation before. Antonio salesman with soft speech, all polite and solve the problem which is nothing good. A bathroom box was purchased, which was not delivered as agreed. And a pair of mirrors for the wardrobe door, which didn't last a week.
Total discontent. Don't buy from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a vidro art para fazer um box de banheiro, foi um erro ter contratado sem ter pesquisado antes.
Na primeira instalação os caras fizeram um serviço totalmente amador, com acabamento horrível, cheio de silicone aparente, os vidros ficaram com diferença de altura e um vidro VEIO TRINCADO.
Após a instalação, questionei os caras e eles disseram "infelizmente é assim mesmo, seu banheiro é torto". Eu nem argumentei que o box era sob medida e que alguém deles veio aqui mediu e tudo mais, por que era um descaso dos prestadores de serviço mesmo.
Liguei e prontamente fui informado que seria refeito.
Eles vieram, não trocaram o vidro quebrado, trocaram o outro vidro e se manteve o desnivel, fizeram a mesma coisa, com o adendo de vazamentos agora.
Continuo tentando apenas a troca do vidro quebrado, e que acabe os vazamentos para que em breve eu contate uma empresa profissional para fazer meu box, pois deles já aceitei o prejuízo, não tem jeito.

After installation, I questioned the guys and they said "unfortunately it is like that, your bathroom is crooked". I didn't even argue that the box was tailor-made and that someone from them came here to measure it and everything, because it was a disregard for the service providers.
I called and was promptly informed that it would be redone.
They came, they didn't change the broken glass, they changed the other glass and the gap remained, they did the same thing, with the leak addendum now.
I keep trying only to change the broken glass, and to stop the leaks so that soon I contact a professional company to make my box, because they've already accepted the loss, there's no way.

Eu não recomendo, o serviço é de péssima qualidade e além de tudo eles terceirizam e aí que as coisas complicam tudo... eles sempre acham que tem razão.
Queria descobriu o que significa ART ( “A”rruino sonhos, “R”etardo obra e “T”ira qualquer um dos sério )
Bom, não é toa que a nota deles é bem baixa.
No meu condomínio eu já vou comunicar a todos.
Fica a dica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de 1 ano para terminar o serviço e isto, depois de muito desgosto e brigas. Acabaram com a minha sacada, como podem notar nas fotos. Infelizmente, recebi recomendação desta vidraçaria por parte de um parente, mas, não posso deixar outras pessoas passarem por este mesmo desgosto. Lascaram duas pedras sem dó, cortaram errado o acabamento e encheram com massa corrida, silicone. Enfim, as fotos dizem tudo. Portanto, se vc é uma pessoa trabalhadora, honesta e batalha dia à dia pelo seu dinheiro, também não merece passar pelo que passamos e se envolver com esse tipo de gente. Não posso falar se todas as vidraçarias são iguais, mas, esta sim, posso e devo Contar/Mostrar a sacanagem que aprontaram com a gente. Pagamos tudo como combinado, deixamos tudo no prazo deles, e recebemos isto. Para quem quizer. Como disse lascaram e furaram errado nossas pedras, por sinal, porcelanatos caros. Se vc tem apresso e valoriza o que está conquistando, pense 1000 vezes antes de contratá-los. Estas são as reais fotos da qualidade do serviço e do padrão de acabamento que a VidroArt Guarulhos, na Av Renato Maia (ao lado da casa de Mat de Construção Cidade Maia), consegue oferecer. Agora terei que contratar uma outra empresa para arrumar a minha sacada e contratar um pedreiro muito competente para trocar minhas duas pedras que eles lascaram, pois estão com rejunte de 1mm...0_0,
