★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior negócio da sua vida, eles avaliam o carro depois liga falando que o valor é outro, eles não cumprem o que prometem, nunca mais, gerência zero.
 Worst deal of your life, they evaluate the car then call saying that the value is different, they do not fulfill what they promise, never again, zero management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente no setor de serviços. Procurei esta unidade por referências de outras pessoas e de fato fui muito bem atendido. O técnico Fernando fez um bom trabalho em sua avaliação, esclareceu todos os pontos necessários e realizou o trabalho muito bem. Eu havia agendado meu atendimento para as 14:00 mas cheguei bem antes do horário e prontamente me atenderam e anteciparam o processo. Recomendo e voltarei quando necessário.
Excellent service in the service sector. I looked for this unit for references from other people and in fact I was very well attended. Coach Fernando did a good job in his assessment, clarified all the necessary points and did the job very well. I had scheduled my appointment for 2:00 pm but I arrived well before the time and they promptly attended to me and anticipated the process. I recommend and will come back when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai da zona sul de São Paulo pra comprar um carro na Vigorito de Mauá. O atendimento do vendedor Anderson foi excelente, sempre muito atencioso - há anos não tenho uma experiência tão boa na rede Chevrolet.
Leave the south zone of São Paulo to buy a car at Vigorito de Mauá. Anderson's service was excellent, always very attentive - I haven't had such a good experience at the Chevrolet chain in years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima com a Vigorito de Mauá, não recomendo para ninguém demoraram quase um mês para entregar o carro para mim comprei no dia 07/04 e hj dia 02/05 vinheram me entregar um carro cheio de avarias, avarias estas que não estavam no dia da visita do carro, e eles me apresentaram um carro sujo. Total descaso com o cliente. Além de me venderem um carro com dividas de IPVA e não me avisarem e ainda hj na entrega quererem que eu assinasse um documento atestando ciência da dívida, pois eu que iria pagar a divida do IPVA e não a vigorito. Só fiquei sabendo pq eu mesma procurei saber dos débitos no detran dias antes, e hj eu li o documento que ninguém teve a decência de me comunicar o débito com antecedência. Parece Uma piada isso que uma empresa tão grande faça esse tipo de coisa com o cliente. Não recomendo, não comprem, vcs iram ter dor de cabeça com a Vigorito.
My experience was bad with Vigorito de Mauá, I don't recommend it to anyone, it took almost a month to deliver the car to me. on the day of the car visit, and they presented me with a dirty car. Total disregard for the customer. In addition to selling me a car with IPVA debts and not letting me know and still today on delivery they want me to sign a document attesting to the debt, because I would pay the IPVA debt and not enforce it. I only found out because I myself tried to find out about the debts in the DMV days before, and today I read the document that no one had the decency to communicate the debt to me in advance. It seems a joke that such a big company does this kind of thing with the customer. I do not recommend, do not buy, you will have a headache with Vigorito.
