★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um iPhone XS Max 256 que a tela quebrou, então, levei até essa assistência para concertar.Pensamos que era uma autorizada Apple, pois, tem um simbulo da maçã gigantesco na porta.
Quando meu aparelho voltou, estava faltando a peça da escuta do celular, tiraram minha bateria original e o telefone ficou o tempo todo avisando que a bateria NÃO era genuína.Imediatamente levei de volta e pedi minhas peças de volta, e ele devolveu a bateria, a mensagem sumiu, porém, o telefone passou a desligar sozinho e não carregar mais.Voltou para a loja diversas vezes sem êxito no resultado do conserto.A placa do celular foi comprometida.Tentei fazer acordo com proprietário mas ele se nega, fiz um boletim de ocorrência na delegacia do consumidor e o Harman ficou furioso comigo, e mandou eu pensar 3x antes de processa-lo em um tom ameaçador. O Telefone está totalmente comprometido, com peças paralelas que não possuem nota fiscal, e estou tendo que redigir essa reclamação do perfil do meu filho, pois ele bloqueou meu e-mail para que eu não pudesse avaliar a loja.NÃO LEVEM SEU APARELHO NESTA LOJA, O HARMAN NAO SE RESPONSABILIZA se houver algum problema HORA DO CONCERTO E O BARATO SAI MUITO,MAS MUITO CARO!!!Meu prejuízo é de 7 mil reais mais 1045 do concerto.Harman, um homem sem palavra não é um homem, existem leis, fiscais, provas, vou lutar até o final,e todo o nervoso e desrespeito que teve conosco a justiça resolverá!
Outra coisa que esqueci de colocar é que o aparelho não funciona mais e nunca houve problemas para carregar, Ele retirou a bateria original, colocou uma paralela e nem ao menos nos avisou!!!
Quanto a delegacia do consumidor, é um bem de todos, qualquer cidadão pode denunciar e se a loja estiver irregular, não sei dizer quais são os procedimentos, porém, a fiscalização que será enviada à essa empresa comprovará, juntamente com a justiça e o Procon que está ao meu lado!!!
O BARATO SAI CARO, LEVE SEU APARELHO A UMA AUTORIZADA IDONIA E QUE POSSUA NOTAS FISCAIS PAULISTA DOS PRODUTOS!!!!
Produto está jogado aqui, e na garantia, ele se nega a concertar ou a qualquer acordo!!!
Bairro de PERDIZES, não acolhem empresas assim,que causam todos esses problemas chegando a afetar a saúde, pois sou epiletica, não posso passar todo esse nervoso que passei é estou passando, não tenho motivos para mentir!!!

It returned to the store several times without success as a result of the repair. The phone card was compromised. I tried to make an agreement with the owner but he refuses, I did a bulletin of occurrence at the consumer police station and Harman was furious with me, and told me to think 3x before suing him in a threatening tone. The Telephone is fully committed, with parallel parts that do not have an invoice, and I am having to write this complaint on my son's profile, as he blocked my email so I could not evaluate the store. DO NOT TAKE YOUR APPLIANCE IN THIS STORE , HARMAN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEM CONCERT TIME AND CHEAP IT IS VERY, BUT VERY EXPENSIVE !!! My loss is 7 thousand reais plus 1045 of the concert.Harman, a man without a word is not a man, there are laws , tax, evidence, I will fight until the end, and all the nervous and disrespect that justice had with us will resolve!
