E isso nos dias de hoje está meio difícil de encontrar, já que estão invertendo a ordem das coisas, ou seja, o comerciante e seus funcionários normalmente atendem o cliente com má vontade, esquecendo que são eles que precisam do cliente e não o contrário.

And that these days is a little difficult to find, since they are reversing the order of things, that is, the merchant and his employees usually serve the customer ill-will, forgetting that it is they who need the customer and not the other way around.
