Hoje dia das mães fiz um pedido....aguardei uma hora, liguei e disseram que estavam me entregando...que já tinha saído com o meu pedido.... Passaram-se mais 30min e nada do meu pedido chegar. Liguei novamente, e o Tiago teve a audácia de pedir para eu fazer o cancelamento do pedido e pedir novamente.... Olha que absurdo.... Aí eu apelei mandei pra pqp e eles cancelaram o meu pedido.... Muito amadores e sem compromisso para esse mundo de delivery. Não recomendo!!!!!
Lack of commitment and respect.... They are in Zé delivery don't accept them as delivery guys...superrrrrr I don't recommend it.... Today Mother's Day I made an order...I waited an hour, called and they said they were delivering me ...that had already left with my order.... Another 30 minutes passed and my order still hasn't arrived. I called again, and Tiago had the audacity to ask me to cancel the order and ask again.... Look how absurd.... Then I appealed and sent it to pqp and they canceled my order.... Very amateurish and without commitment to this world of delivery. I do not recommend!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fiz um pedido pelo Zé delivery. Minha decepção.. eu pedido demorou mais de 1:20hs para entregar. As bebidas vieram sem nenhum tipo de condicionamento e chegaram quente. Aí abrir minha cerveja preta, me sujei inteira e a casa também. Nunca tinha acontecido isso. Liguei pro Zé delivery e fui mal direcionada por uma moça chamada Ana. Que vendo minha indignação disse que o número não era de lá. Choquei. Essa distribuidora não teve nenhum respeito. Bebida quente e exposta ao sol mais de uma hora.

Then opening my black beer, I got all dirty and the house too. This had never happened. I called Zé delivery and was misdirected by a girl named Ana.
