Receiving and delivery system of the worst quality! I hope they solve my problem ... or I will take legal action .... deliver goods without being to the addressee and a lot of amateurism ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservei passagem de são Paulo p/ Goiânia para o dia 10_12_18 fui até o local combinado o ônibus passaria as 19:00 hrs cheguei as 17 :20 hrs aguardei até as 23'00 hrs o ônibus não passou tentei ligar em todos os números que havia no cartão mas ninguém atendeu.
Agora eles ficam jogando a culpa um no outro e ninguém assume a responsabilidade , está empresa não é confiável muito irresponsável ,não índico para ninguém você pode ser decepcionado como eu a empresa é: VIP BRASIL TUR
I booked a ticket from São Paulo to Goiânia for the day 10_12_18 went to the agreed place the bus would stop at 19:00 hrs I arrived at 17:20 hrs I waited until 23'00 hrs the bus did not pass I tried to call all the numbers there were on the card but no one answered.
Now they are putting the blame on each other and nobody takes responsibility , this company is not trustworthy , very irresponsible , not indicative for anyone you can be disappointed like me the company is : VIP BRASIL TUR
