★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Única loja em que já entrei para equipamentos de fotografia em que o vendedor sabia o que estava fazendo. Ao invés de eu ter que explicar nos detalhes o que queria, a equipe sabia me apontar exatamente os produtos certos para minha demanda.
O preço não foi o mais simpático, mas valeu pelo atendimento exemplar, com direito a água com gás gelada...

O atendimento não me agradou e foi bem demorado e cheio de pequenas questões.
Fomos tirar foto para visto do nosso filho de 3 anos. Tiramos 2 fotos. Escolhi uma delas e a moça imprimiu do tamanho errado. Quando foi imprimir no tamanho certo pediu ajuda a um moço que imprimiu a outra foto e quando falei que não era aquela ele alegou não dar pra imprimir a escolhida.
No consulado a foto não foi aceita porque estava muito amarelada e lá eles não tiram foto de criança na hora, tem que levar a foto adequada ou reagendar para um outro dia voltar com outra foto.
E mais sobre a orientação na loja: disseram que não podia sorrir para a foto. Já no consulado eles disseram que pode sorrir, o que não pode é esconder parte do rosto.
THE PHOTO TAKEN FOR VISA WAS NOT ACCEPTED AT THE CONSULATE DUE TO THE COLOR BEING TOO DISTORTED.
The service did not please me and it was very time-consuming and full of small issues.
We went to take a visa photo of our 3-year-old son. We took 2 pictures. I chose one of them and the girl printed the wrong size. When he went to print the right size, he asked a guy for help who printed the other photo and when I said it wasn't that one, he claimed I couldn't print the chosen one.
At the consulate the photo was not accepted because it was too yellow and there they do not take a photo of a child at the time, they have to take the appropriate photo or reschedule it for another day to come back with another photo.
And more about in-store orientation: they said they couldn't smile for the photo. At the consulate, they said that you can smile, which you cannot hide part of your face.
