★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido foi hj comprar um óculos de grau para a mãe dele que é cadeirante e o atendente foi super mal educado..... Meu marido estava com a receita nas mãos e o atendente disse que não dava pra fazer sem a pessoa que iria usar os óculos lá.... Meu marido saiu da loja pois se não dá pra fazer lá vamos tentar em outra.... Ele foi em outra otica que fica praticamente ao lado... Nessa outra ótica eles explicaram que seria melhor se a pessoa que fosse usar estivesse la, pois as lentes são multifocais (explicaram o motivo)... Mas fizeram mesmo assim... Pois meu marido tinha o óculos antigo dela.... Ou seja perderam um cliente (pois sempre compramos nossos óculos lá), por causa de um atendimento despreparado e um rapaz mal educado.
My husband went today to buy prescription glasses for his mother who is in a wheelchair and the attendant was super rude.... My husband had the prescription in his hands and the attendant said that it could not be done without the person who would go use the glasses there.... My husband left the store because if you can't do it there, let's try another one.... He went to another optics that is practically next door... In this other optics they explained that it would be better if the person who was going to use it was there, because the lenses are multifocal (they explained the reason)... But they did it anyway... Because my husband had her old glasses.... In other words, they lost a customer (because we always buy ours glasses there), because of an unprepared service and a rude guy.
