★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma máquina de costura para fazer um orçamento de um defeito específico, pediram para deixá-la pois o responsável não estava, mais tarde me mandaram o orçamento via whatsapp, logo respondi que não era para efetuar o serviço, pois o valor era de quase 1/4 do valor da máquina, quando voltei para retirar me disseram que haviam consertado, trocado a correria e um botão além do problema que foi o motivo de ter levado a máquina, mas em momento algum pedi para mexerem em outra coisa a não ser o defeito relato! Resumindo não achei que são confiáveis, efetuar qualquer serviço sem autorização do cliente e no mínimo um ato duvidoso, só não pedi para desfazer o "conserto" por duvidar do caráter dos responsáveis e por receio de danificarem a máquina afinal pelo que fizeram não tem como confiar! Ainda tiveram a coragem de dizer que um botão que trocaram SEM AUTORIZAÇÃO não iriam cobrar, quando na verdade não deveriam cobrar é nada já que não autorizei o serviço! Não recomendo! Não são confiáveis!
I took a sewing machine to get a quote for a specific defect, they asked to leave it because the person in charge was not there, later they sent me the quote via whatsapp, then I replied that it was not to carry out the service, as the value was almost 1/4 of the value of the machine, when I came back to collect it, they told me that they had fixed it, changed the rush and a button in addition to the problem that was the reason for having taken the machine, but at no time did I ask them to move anything else except the defect report! In short, I didn't think they were reliable, performing any service without the customer's authorization and at least a dubious act, I just didn't ask to undo the "repair" because I doubt the character of those responsible and for fear of damaging the machine after all for what they did there's no way trust! They even had the courage to say that a button they changed WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION would not charge, when in fact they shouldn't charge is nothing since I didn't authorize the service! I do not recommend! They are unreliable!
