★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperava não ter problema com os produtos adquiridos, mas comprei uma cortina rolô que além de não me atender (na hora da comprar a vendedora me garantiu que não teria luminosidade no quarto) ela ainda caiu. Foi recolocada, mas não confio no produto. Tentei trocar por outro produto, porém não é possível. Certamente não indico.
I hoped I wouldn't have a problem with the products I bought, but I bought a roller blind that, besides not attending to me (at the time of buying the seller, assured me that there would be no light in the room), it still fell. It was replaced, but I don't trust the product. I tried to exchange for another product, but it is not possible. I certainly do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qdo contratamos os serviços da empresa, tínhamos a impressão de estar adquirindo produtos e serviços de qualidade. Mas infelizmente não foi assim. Instalaram as cortinas e o varão de duas delas ficaram danificados. Após uma longa espera mandaram outro para trocar que era diferente do adquirido, em qualidade e cor. Um produto bem inferior. Entrei em contato com a loja, ficaram de dar um retorno e até agora nada. Em resumo, uma decepção e fica a sensação de ter sido enganada.
When we hired the company's services, we had the impression that we were acquiring quality products and services. But unfortunately it was not so. They installed the curtains and the rod of two of them were damaged. After a long wait they sent another one to exchange which was different from the one purchased, in quality and color. A very inferior product. I contacted the store, they said nothing and so far nothing. In short, a disappointment and the feeling of having been deceived.
