★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima meu neto doente,o farmacêutico vendeu o remédio do tratamento errado,por falta de atenção,vi que não estava melhorando vi a receita,notei o erro.Estava dando dois xaropes para um bebê.Chorei fiquei nervosa e ele ainda piorou o estado de saúde.

Terrible telephone service, the person who answers does not make a point of being attentive, nor does it explain properly what we are asking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento, estava passando mal a noite e liguei pra perguntar se ainda estavam fazendo entrega e a pessoa que me atendeu disse grosseiramente que não, que ficariam abertos até ás 22h mas não tinha mais entregador e que se eu estivesse com dor eu que procurasse um pronto-socorro e logo após desligou na minha cara (eu não disse NADA além de "boa noite, vcs ainda estão fazendo entrega?" e fui tratada com grosseira sem absolutamente nenhum motivo).
Lousy service, I was having a bad night and I called to ask if they were still delivering and the person who answered me crudely said no, that they would be open until 10 pm but there was no delivery boy and that if I was in pain I would look for a emergency room and then hung up on me (I said NOTHING besides "good night, are you still delivering?" and I was treated rudely for absolutely no reason).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ligar para a farmácia pois meu filho está precisando de fralda e o cara que me atendeu perguntou para onde era. Eu informei e ele me disse que não fazia, que só fazia até a Praça. E eu moro uma rua depois da Praça mas mesmo assim me negaram e ainda disse que a culpa era do entregador. Péssimo atendimento dessa farmácia!!!!!!!!!
I just called the pharmacy because my son needs a diaper and the guy who answered me asked where he was going. I informed him and he told me that he didn't do it, that he only did it until the square. And I live a street after the square but they still denied me and said that it was the delivery boy's fault. Bad service from this pharmacy !!!!!!!!!

A atendente super grosseira no telefone, mandou o remédio errado e não mandou a máquina de cartão, o entregador que veio de bicicleta NA CHUVA SEM A MÁQUINA DE CARTÃO E TEVE QUE VOLTAR. Liguei para informar que o remédio veio errado, a atendente não deixou eu explicar, gritou comigo e desligou na minha cara. Péssimo atendimento!
SE NÃO QUER TRABALHAR, É SIMPLES, PEDE AS CONTAS E DEIXA A VAGA PARA QUEM REALMENTE PRECISA.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. The super rude attendant on the phone, sent the wrong medicine and didn't send the card machine, the delivery man who came by bike IN THE RAIN WITHOUT THE CARD MACHINE AND HAD TO GO BACK. I called to inform that the medicine came wrong, the attendant did not let me explain, yelled at me and hung up on me. Terrible attendance!
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK, IT'S SIMPLE, ASK FOR THE ACCOUNTS AND LEAVE THE SPOT FOR THOSE WHO REALLY NEED IT.
