Inadmissible, we, as tenants, have to pick up and take real estate employees across town to visit a rental property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior imobiliária que eu poderia ter na vida. Eu passei 3 anos e meio com contrato de aluguel com essa empresa e sempre fui literalmente enrolada. Se eu não fosse muito cuidadosa com dinheiro, teria sido muito prejudicada. Cometeram diversos erros, jamais se desculparam. Deixei dinheiro 3 anos e meio em caução de título de capitalização e recebi o valor menor do que coloquei. UM GRANDE ABSURDO. Mas apenas um de muitos que vivenciei. Comunicação terrível. Pessoas honestas sofrem nas mãos dessa empresa certamente!
The worst real estate I could have in my life. I spent 3 and a half years on a rental contract with this company and I was always literally involved. If I hadn’t been very careful about money, I would have been very much hurt. They made several mistakes, they never apologized. I left 3 and a half years' money in bond for the capitalization bond and received the amount less than what I put. A LARGE ABSURD. But only one of many that I experienced. Terrible communication. Honest people suffer at the hands of this company certainly!

Pra visitar o imóvel tivemos que pagar um táxi para buscar a corretora pois foi alegado que era padrão esse procedimento. Durante os cinco anos de contrato atendimento meia boca e episódios de incompetência. Ao final do contrato dificultam ao máximo a liberação do contrato. Pague pra entrar e implore pra sair!!!

To visit the property we had to pay a taxi to pick up the brokerage as it was alleged that this procedure was standard. During the five-year contract, half-baked service and episodes of incompetence. At the end of the contract, they make the release of the contract as difficult as possible. Pay to get in and beg to get out!!!
