Comprei um sofá “ assinado “ caríssimo e me entregaram uma sofá completamente diferente e que ninguém teria coragem de assinar !!! E quando reclama some todo mundo os vendedores, os donos simpáticos …. Ninguém te atende mais
Terrible ! Don't buy no…. They deliver outside the deadlines and furniture different from those chosen in store in the quality standard! I bought a very expensive “signed” sofa and they gave me a completely different sofa that no one would have the courage to sign!!! And when everyone complains, the sellers, the friendly owners… Nobody answers you anymore

um ponto a ressaltar para os interessados é, vendedores que forcam as vendas é uma coisa que me incomodam. A Ana Paula (vendedora), é extremamente ao contrário, sabe entender a necessidade dos clientes e procura fazer a melhor oferta dentro de seu alcance. Não deixem de procurá-la!!!

Magnus me atendeu com excelência desde o primeiro contato. Jéssica concretizou o projeto/ proposta de aparador, interpretando muito bem a minha ideia. E o atendimento pós venda recebido pelo time da Voktum Buritis foi excelente.
