★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VR Collezioni Iguatemi Esplanada ( sorocaba), comprei um terno do qual foi tirado a medida, quando fui provar o terno estava com um furo próximo ao bolso e a calça curta, na promessa de que em 1 semana eu poderia retornar que teria um novo terno, no retorno fui surpreendido que tentaram arrumar o defeito do paletó e acabaram piorando a situação pediram pra que eu aguardasse 15 dias que viria um novo de sao Paulo, esperei e p minha nova surpresa veio no tamanho bem maior, vou ser padrinho e nao posso aguardar mais....solicitei o estorno do cartao ja se passaram 3 dias úteis e ate o momento nao tive retorno.
Decepção é o que resume, meu problema poderia ter sido resolvido na primeira vez se tivessem visto que nao teria mais do msmo modelo estou aguardando faz tempo sem meu problema ser resolvido e um total de 3 vzs na loja!!!!
 VR Collezioni Iguatemi Esplanada (sorocaba), I bought a suit which was taken to measure, when I went to try on the suit it had a hole near the pocket and short pants, with the promise that in 1 week I could return that I would have a new suit , on the way back I was surprised that they tried to fix the defect in the jacket and ended up making the situation worse. more....I requested the refund of the card, 3 working days have passed and so far I have not had a return.
Disappointment is what it sums up, my problem could have been solved the first time if they had seen that I wouldn't have more of the same model I've been waiting for a long time without my problem being solved and a total of 3 times in the store!!!!
