★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é muito tumultuado pelos ruidos de vozes altas. Os vendedores falam demais para convencer os clientes a adquirirem os produtos, o que causa confusão no raciocinio dos clientes. Ademais, os produtos lá têm preços exorbitantes!!
Encontrei, em site de compras, o mesmo produto que lá adquiri com preco 90% mais barato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao cliente péssimo. Comprei uma película de vidro de 130 reais e em menos de 2 meses ela soltou do celular e eles se recusaram a trocar. Não recomendo e nunca mais volto.
Terrible customer service. I bought a glass film for 130 reais and in less than 2 months it got out of the cell phone and they refused to change it. I don't recommend it and I will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa comprou uma película de vidro para um iphone, foi dado 6 meses de garantia, porém ela quebrou sozinha em 2 meses. Reclamamos no instagram e eles além de não responder, bloqueou.
A propaganda era de uma película de grande impacto, que não aguenta nem ficar na bolsa de uma mulher pois racha sozinha.
Produto extremamente caro e de baixa qualidade não recomendo. Se querem capa/películas boas comprem de uma marca chamada spigen.
Quanto a garantia a loja se quer deu satisfação ou seja não cumprem a palavra.
Fujam de vx case.
My wife bought a glass film for an iphone, it was given 6 months warranty, but it broke on its own in 2 months. We complained on instagram and they, in addition to not responding, blocked it.
The advertisement was for a film of great impact, which cannot stand or stay in a woman's purse because it splits alone.
Extremely expensive and low quality product I do not recommend. If you want good cover / films buy from a brand called spigen.
As for the guarantee, the store wanted to be satisfied, that is, they did not keep their word.
Run away from vx case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma capinha (muito cara) que supostamente era anti impacto, mas na verdade estragou o celular com um impacto desprezível. O material da capa não tinha uma deformação elastica suficiente, levando a entrar em contato com a lateral do celular. Me senti lesionado, quando retornei na loja, quiseram empurrar a culpa para mim.
O gerente não aceitou negociar. Saí, e perderam dois clientes de vez. Parabéns para essa decisão.
Caso tentem resolver meu problema, posso mudar a avaliação negativa.
We bought a (very expensive) case that was supposed to be impact resistant, but actually screwed up the phone with negligible impact. The case material did not have a sufficient elastic deformation, leading to contact with the side of the cell phone. I felt injured, when I returned to the store, they wanted to push the blame on me.
The manager did not agree to negotiate. I left, and lost two customers at once. Congratulations for that decision.
If they try to solve my problem, I can change the negative rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo e eu compramos para os nossos celulares novos capinha anti-impacto e película. Gastamos um valor muito acima do mercado na esperança de proteger os celulares. Mas infelizmente uma queda inesperada e inexpressiva amassou um dos botões do celular do meu esposo, pois a capinha que tem estrutura de metal o deformou ineslasticamente. E inclusive, o referido cliente teve que dessamassa-lá. Entretanto, ao apresentar a situação para a loja, apenas ofereceram um desconto de 10% além dos 50% que já são oferecidos a todos que fazem a troca de produto. Não consideraram nem a questão que seriam duas trocas de capinhas e a troca de uma película. O correto de uma empresa idônea era fazer a troca gratuitamente do produto que prejudicou o cliente e encaminhá-lo para a equipe de engenharia da empresa, que eles tanto fazem propagam durante uma venda, para fazer as análises devidas e desenvolver produto melhor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente localização, estacionamento fácil, atendimento excelente do Júlio foi muito cordial e inclusive mandou Whatsapp para se deixar a disposição, mas a película peca em qualidade trincou com dois dias de uso infelizmente não recomendo o uso destas películas, na hora de tirar a dificuldade foi tão grande que eu achei que eles iam quebrar a tela do celular mas graças a Deus não aconteceu nada

Gostei muito do atendimento do Mineiro de Ipatinga e da companheira dele de trabalho, super indico.
Compramos Ring Light de mesa e até o momento gostei muito e produto bom.
