★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cara me cobrou R 240,00 só para trocar um fusível,esse era o problema da máquina,e agiu de má fé,pois me disse que o problema da minha máquina,seria a placa que estava queimada,e só faltou me dizer que teria que trocar a repimboca da parafuzeta,e o trambolhetao da corrente,e na realidade foi só um fusível de proteção do sistema elétrico que havia queimado.Foi desonesto.
The guy charged me R 240.00 just to change a fuse, that was the problem with the machine, and he acted in bad faith, because he told me that the problem with my machine, would be the plate that was burned, and I just needed to say that I would have to change the screwdriver, and the current changeover, and in reality it was just a fuse to protect the electrical system that had blown. It was dishonest.

Até uns anos atrás eu recomendava o Pereira para manutenção de máquinas, o serviço prestado era de qualidade com preço justo, mas APENAS para máquinas domésticas e simples.
No último reparo que fui orçar lá me cobraram um preço absurdo e diagnosticaram problemas na minha máquina QUE NÃO TINHA, quiseram trocar peças NOVAS E REPOSTAS A MENOS DE 1 MES na minha máquina, e quando questionei, falaram que não podiam fazer o meu reparo se eu não trocasse as peças que eles queriam trocar. Suspendi o reparo com eles, mas ainda sim trocaram uma peça original NOVA por uma falsa e gasta. Estou extremamente desapontada com a loja e nunca mais retorno lá.
P.s: Tenho plena certeza que a peça foi trocada pois a minha peça eu havia feito uma marcação ssutil com retroprojetora e a máquina voltou com outra peça. Então fica a dica, se querem reparo com confiança de que suas peças não serão trocadas, NÃO FAÇA no Pereira. ;)
P.s: Loja de Nova iguaçu a que me refiro.
Terrible! I do not recommend.
Until a few years ago I recommended Pereira for machine maintenance, the service provided was quality service at a fair price, but ONLY for domestic and simple machines.
In the last repair I was budgeting there, they charged me an absurd price and they diagnosed problems on my machine THAT I DID NOT HAVE, they wanted to exchange NEW AND REPLACED parts within 1 MONTH of my machine, and when I asked, they said they couldn't do my repair if I didn't exchange the parts they wanted to exchange. I suspended the repair with them, but they still exchanged an original NEW part for a fake and worn one. I am extremely disappointed in the store and will never return there.
P.s: I'm absolutely sure that the part was replaced because my part I had made a subtle marking with an overhead projector and the machine came back with another part. So here's the tip, if you want a repair with confidence that your parts will not be exchanged, DON'T DO IT at Pereira. ;)
P.s: Nova Iguaçu shop I'm referring to.
