★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passem longe dessa ótica! Tive um problema com um óculos que comprei lá e estou tentando resolver desde dezembro! O óculos eh da Tiffany, quebrou uma haste e eles não conseguem outra para repor! Sem contar o atendimento que foi péssimo! Principalmente da vendedora Fernanda da ótica do shopping Iguatemi! O óculos eh de grau, eu preciso com urgência e os funcionários da loja não estão nem aí! Enfim, nunca mais piso nesse lugar e não recomendo para ninguém! Soh sabem ser educadas na hora de vender!
Get away from this optics! I had a problem with an eyeglass I bought there and I've been trying to solve it since December! The glasses are from Tiffany, they broke one stem and they can't get another one to replace! Not to mention the service that was terrible! Mainly from the salesperson Fernanda from the optics of the Iguatemi mall! The glasses are prescription glasses, I need them urgently and the store staff don't care! Anyway, never walk in that place again and do not recommend it to anyone! They know how to be polite when selling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em meados do ano passado havia comprado uma armação bem exclusiva na loja própria da Gucci em São Paulo e, como já sou cliente desta ótica há muitos anos, resolvi colocar as lentes lá. Em outubro deste ano percebi que a minha armação - embora perfeitamente utilizável- estava com um parafuso levemente solto e levei à loja do Shopping Iguatemi para conserto. Lá fui informado que a peça deveria ser levada ao laboratório para melhor manuseio. Como estava apenas com a referida armação optei por retornar outro dia utilizando outro óculos. Assim o fiz, mas a deixei na loja do Shopping JK sob os cuidados da vendedora Raíssa. Pois bem, algumas semanas depois fui informado que o laboratório infelizmente havia danificado a minha peça de forma irreversível, o que, sim, mostrou despreparo por parte deste em lidar com um problema em tese simples. A Raíssa, no entendo, tratou de dar toda a assistência, antecipando-se em me prover 2 armações novas escolhidas por mim e de excelente qualidade (Gucci e Tom Ford) bem como suas respectivas lentes, já que não havia peça semelhante a danificada na loja. Fica a crítica ao laboratório e o elogio à Raíssa e à Gerência da loja em ter solucionado o problema da melhor forma possível e sem impor empecilhos ao cliente.
In the middle of last year I had bought a very exclusive frame at Gucci's own store in São Paulo and, as I have been a customer of this optics for many years, I decided to put the lenses there. In October of this year I noticed that my frame - although perfectly usable - had a slightly loose screw and I took it to the store at Shopping Iguatemi for repair. There I was informed that the part should be taken to the laboratory for better handling. As I was only with the aforementioned frame, I opted to return another day wearing another pair of glasses. So I did, but left it in the store at Shopping JK under the care of the saleswoman Raisa. Well, a few weeks later I was informed that the laboratory unfortunately had irreversibly damaged my part, which, yes, showed its lack of preparation in dealing with a problem in a simple thesis. Raíssa, I understand, tried to give all the assistance, anticipating to provide me with 2 new frames chosen by me and of excellent quality (Gucci and Tom Ford) as well as their respective lenses, since there was no part similar to the damaged one in the store. The laboratory is criticized and Raíssa and the store's Management are praised for having solved the problem in the best way possible and without imposing obstacles to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei nessa loja para fazer ajuste de um óculos novo (multifocal Montblanc) que estava escorregando no nariz. Fui atendido pela funcionária Luciane que, em vez de me ajudar, colocou monte de defeitos na armação e nas lentes, dizendo que tinha que mexer na estrutura da armação ou fazer lentes novas. E ainda disse que, ela está falando tudo aquilo pois ela “trabalha com isso”. Fui para outra loja óptica que fica no andar de cima do Shopping e a moça dessa loja resolveu meu problema em 5 minutos sem cobrar. Dou essa negativa pelo péssimo atendimento e pela sua postura arrogante dessa funcionária Luciane.
I stopped by this store to adjust a new glasses (Montblanc multifocal) that was slipping on my nose. I was attended by employee Luciane who, instead of helping me, put a lot of defects in the frame and lenses, saying that I had to change the frame structure or make new lenses. And I also said that, she is saying all that because she "works with it". I went to another optical store that is on the top floor of the mall and the girl from that store solved my problem in 5 minutes without charging. I give this denial for the terrible service and for the arrogant posture of this employee Luciane.

Uma venda muito bem feita, sem forçar nada e demonstrando muito conhecimento.
Saí com dois pares novos de óculos.
