★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valores fora da realidade manutnaçao e esmaltacao em gel 500 reais? Nas demais filiais nao eh cobrado esse preço e quando questionei claro “eh isso mesmo”. Sou cliente werner. Achei a tabela fora da realidade desta filial.

Agendei pé e mão com a manicure Marilene, chegando no salão nem me acharam na agenda, meu horário era 13:00, falaram que ela se atrasou e remarcaram meu horário pra 18:00, SEM ME COMUNICAR!!! Me ofereceram uma manicure pra adiantar 1 serviço e outra pra o próximo horário vago fazer o outro serviço!!! ABSURDO! Desorganizado, descaso com o cliente!
Terrible service at reception! Disorganized! I scheduled foot and hand with the manicurist Marilene, when I arrived at the salon, they didn't even find me on the agenda, my time was 1:00 pm, they said she was late and they rescheduled my appointment to 6:00 pm, WITHOUT COMMUNICATING ME!!! I was offered a manicure to advance 1 service and another for the next free time to do the other service!!! ABSURD! Disorganized, customer carelessness!
