★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior impossível, levei um blazer e um edredom de casal. Perceberam que era importado, " caro" e me enrolaram pra cobrar mais caro, preço de king. Meu casaco voltou com a mesma mancha, que lavei de novo em casa e SAIU! Fui buscar um dia depois de agendado, e o edredom não estava pronto, foram buscar na corda e não tinha cheiro de limpo, parece que lavam só com água e aí me explicaram que depois eles colocam uma "essência" de confort!!????
 Worst of all, I wore a blazer and a double duvet. They realized that it was imported, "expensive" and they rolled me to charge more expensive, king price. My coat came back with the same stain, which I washed again at home and left! I went to get a day after scheduled, and the duvet was not ready, were fetched on the rope and did not smell clean, it seems they wash only with water and then I explained that after they put a "essence" of comfort !! ?? ???

A única coisa que deixa a desejar é o atendimento pelo Whatsapp, a pessoa responsável por responder não tem o mínimo de educação. Não fala um bom dia/boa tarde/boa noite, nem obrigado... Ainda deixa você falando sozinha!

Ou seja, o tapete foi liso, sem nenhuma marca e voltou com as mesmas manchas escuras e com marca. Tem sempre alguém tropeçando no tapete e tenho idoso na familia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência já começou péssima desde o primeiro contato, falta de profissionalismo total, não sei pq ainda insisti!!! O funcionário ou dono do estabelecimento simplesmente jogou um papel(que seria a nota) na cara das minhas funcionárias, tenho tudo gravado pelas câmeras de segurança, só não chamei os seguranças do shopping por que não deu tempo, fiquei extremamente com medo daquele homem fazer alguma coisa com a gente. Isso se deu pq eu marquei com ele de vim pegar minhas toalhas na quinta de tarde e ele não veio e nem deu uma satisfação, após eu mandar uma mensagem para loja(porque eu estava com urgência de limpa-las) eles ligaram falando que não iam conseguir pegar na quinta falou que ia vim na sexta, só que nesse meio tempo consegui falar com outra lavanderia que me atendeu às 19:00hs da noite de quinta para me entregar sexta-feira, na correria do dia-a-dia não consegui contato com eles. simplesmente por conta disso o cara destratou minhas funcionarias e quase bateu em uma delas, estávamos com pacientes que são testemunhas de tudo que ocorreu! Lamentável ver situações assim ! Descaso! cuidado quem pede esse serviço em casa, se estiver sozinha!!

The employee or owner of the establishment simply threw a paper (which would be the note) in the face of my employees, I have everything recorded by the security cameras, I just didn't call the security guards at the mall because I didn't have time, I was extremely afraid of that man doing it something with us. This happened because I made an appointment with him to come and get my towels on Thursday afternoon and he didn't come nor give me a satisfaction, after I sent a message to the store (because I was in an urgent need to clean them) they called saying no they were going to be able to get it on Thursday, they said i was coming on friday, but in the meantime i managed to talk to another laundry that answered me at 7:00 pm on Thursday night to deliver myself on friday, in the day-to-day rush i couldn't contact with them. simply because of that, the guy disliked my employees and almost hit one of them, we were with patients who are witnesses of everything that happened! It is unfortunate to see situations like this! Disregard! be careful who asks for this service at home, if you are alone !!
