Realmente é um cara muito gente fina, domina bem de luthieria, mas pouco mais de 01 mês que fiz regulagem, ajustes, retífica e recuperação de trastes, troca de pestanas e rastilhos, o violão ficou pior do que quando levei lá, com as cordas trastejando, pegando nas laterais, realmente muito ruim… fui consultá-lo a respeito e pasmem: me cobrou mais um serviço pra ajustar. Embora eu tenha falado pra ele sobre o problema quase três meses depois por motivos diversos, acho inaceitável esse tipo de pós venda. Todas as vezes que ajustei/regulei meu violão num Luthier, durou vários e vários meses antes de precisar de uma nova manutenção. Não fiquei satisfeito na minha experiência, uma pena…

Although I told him about the problem almost three months later for various reasons, I find this type of after sales unacceptable. Every time I tuned/tuned my guitar on a Luthier, it lasted several, several months before needing a new maintenance. I was not satisfied with my experience, a pity…
