Edição: Entrei em contato novamente, reagendei uma nova lavagem.
O tapete ficou pronto em 6 dias.
Fui orientado que o serviço prestado de lavagem está sob responsabilidade de uma nova pessoa (temporariamente).
Agradeço a atenção do pós lavagem, mas fica a dica. *verificar o serviço antes de entregar ao cliente, principalmente se o prestador de serviço for novo.
Carpet, smelling bad after 15 days in the laundry, priced at 110, did not like it.

The carpet was ready in 6 days.
I was told that the washing service is under the responsibility of a new person (temporarily).
I appreciate the attention of the post wash, but is the tip. * Check the service before delivering to the customer, especially if the service provider is new.
