O veterinário arrastou o animal de qualquer jeito, não acalmou o animal (que ficou estressado), cortou e qualquer jeito e sangrou as unhas dela. Ainda tentou justificar com uma conversinha fiada. Não levem seus animais lá. Péssimo. Não merece nem 1 estrela. Nunca mais. Ah! E foi 15 reais! Um absurdo.
Very disappointing. I just got my dog to cut my nails. The vet dragged the animal anyway, did not calm the animal (which got stressed), cut it any way and bled her nails. She still tried to justify herself with a little chatter. Do not take your pets there. Very disappointing. Does not deserve even 1 star. Never again. Ah! And it was 15 reais! An absurdity.
