Fui até a loja para pedir garantia. Colaram meu tênis em um sapateiro. E me devolveram alegando que não tinha caixa não podia mandar.
Peguei o tênis eu mesmo entrei em contato com a alpargatas na época. E foram super atencioso mandei o tênis sem custo em 30 dias tive a troca efetivada.
Atendimento da Mizuno ótimo word tênis deixou a desejas no pós vendas
Service is good. But my after sales experience was not the best. Store Jump. I bought a Mizuno brand sneakers that had problems with 2 to 3 months of use. I went to the store to ask for warranty. They glued my sneakers to a cobbler. And they returned it to me claiming that they didn't have a box and couldn't send it.
I picked up the sneakers myself and contacted alpargatas at the time. And they were super attentive I sent the sneakers at no cost in 30 days I had the exchange effected.
Mizuno's service great word sneakers left something to be desired in the after sales
