★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um PS4 lá, e ta aqui minha opinião da loja: "3 anos de garatia" são somente 3 meses de garantia o resto da garantia é somente a manutenção gratuita mas você tem que pagar pela peças, além de que os "10 jogos cortesia" qualquer um pode baixar na psn porque todos são de graça, cobram a mais se você for passar no cartão de debito ou credito, não negociam valor mesmo se for em dinheiro.
Caixa não é lacrada (a minha estava até amassada)
Mas é o mais barato da santafigenia, e resto é tudo bem, mesmo com tanto problema assim eu recomendo a loja.

Os caras me bloquearam na paginas deles!!!!!!!, agora merecem nota 1 não 3, Então fiquem ligados com essa loja, porque são muito antiprofissionais.
 I bought a PS4 there, and here's my opinion of the store: "3 years warranty" is only 3 months warranty, the rest of the warranty is only free maintenance but you have to pay for the parts, in addition to the "10 free games "anyone can download it on psn because everyone is free, they charge more if you pass the debit or credit card, they do not negotiate value even if it is in cash.

But it is the cheapest in Santafigenia, and the rest is okay, even with so much trouble I recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre fui receoso em comprar algo na Santa Efigênia, mas eu queria muito um PS4 Pro e como em grandes lojas varejistas tava quase R$ 3.000, eu vi que na XPS Games tava R$ 2.099, então queria comprar lá. Fiz muita pesquisa antes de comprar, e me senti confiante em comprar, e comprei. Comprei meu PS4 Pro com eles e está tudo perfeito. Um atendimento muito bom, vendedores super simpáticos e atenciosos, e preços ótimos. Com certeza esse foi meu primeiro de muitos consoles que vou comprar com eles. Recomendo mesmo!
I was always afraid to buy something in Santa Efigênia, but I really wanted a PS4 Pro and as in big retail stores it was almost R $ 3,000, I saw that at XPS Games it was R $ 2,099, so I wanted to buy there. I did a lot of research before buying, and I felt confident about buying, and I bought it. I bought my PS4 Pro with them and everything is perfect. Very good service, super friendly and attentive sellers, and great prices. This was certainly my first of many consoles that I will buy with them. I really recommend it!

A questão toda e quando você começa pedir desconto, eles tinham a versão de 1 Tb R$ 1.350 sem jogo, então falei para vendedor que eu pagaria até um pouco a mais 1.400 se viesse com um jogo, ele foi falar acho com "Gerente" que já olhou com uma cara séria para mim nem sequer me cumprimentou apenas falou para p/o funcionário que Não daria jogo algum por esse valor! Ai ele disse so o console poderia fazer 1.320 ai retruquei 1.300 ele disse não! Beleza, pela atenção do vendedor eu até iria comprar! Mas chegando no balcão tinha uma moça no balcão e soltou uma piada cheia de empatia dizendo: Se eu for fazer com um jogo a 1.400 prefiro fechar as portas... E o vendedor em seguida disse: É realmente eu estou querendo vender mais do que vc quer comprar! Ou seja acharam que eu nao queria comprar por que estava pedindo desconto! Coisa que todo o consumidor deveria fazer pois eu iria pagar no dinheiro. Depois dessa fui embora

Preços iguais aos da internet, com a diferença que os da internet(Ponto-Frio, Extra, Fast Shop) dão garantia. Como eu quero um original, procurei na Amazon, mas com os impostos fica em torno de R$ 900,00.
Impraticável. Vou pedir para um amigo trazer de fora sem as taxas.
Ah! Não compre na Rua Sta.Ifigênia, no centro de São Paulo. Eles vendem "shing-ling" que nem tem manual de instrução e não informa na caixa ou no aparelho a procedência. Fui enganado uma vez pra nunca mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços até que são competitivos. Porém a loja age de má fé ao dizer que oferece 33 meses de garantia, sendo que na verdade é suporte técnico. Mas eles enganam os clientes e dizem que é garantia. Cuidado ao comprarem nesta loja. Sem falar que no whatsapp de uma das vendedoras, a mesma quando era para eu comprar foi um doce. Depois que comprei, aí fiz alguns questionamentos, demorava ora responder, e respondia de qualquer forma e depois só lia e não respondia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, comprei um PS4 pro branco com o jogo God of War (pai e filho), muito bom o console e o jogo, porem caixa não estava lacrada, segundo o vendedor é por que eles conferem todos os consoles para saber se vieram com algum problema (justo), concordo com o processo de qualidade, os consoles vem de montadora americanas, (ponto possitivo), porem veem com tomada com um padrão diferente do brasileiro, pecando no fato de ter que usar adaptador, porem eles disponibilizão um adaptador por meio da loja (justo), o pessoal da loja atende muito bem, sempre simpaticos e atenciosos (ponto possitivo), meios de pagamentos, é oque me conquistou, são diversos (ponto possitivo), porem com um juros enormes, (ponto negativo) muito melhor comprar a vista, em minha pesquisa, menor preço, chora mas 1 game no ato da compra que o pessoal faz um preço menor por ele.
Dica: não aceite os 10 jogos em midia digital, são os mesmo jogos que estão de graça na PSN, aceite a capinha é bonita e boa
Recomendações: sim eu recomendo a compra neste local, confiável, estou a 2 semanas com o PS4 pro branco e não tenho oque reclamar, 1 ano de garantia, e bom preço a vista, peca em pequenas coisas.
Voltarei a comprar caso tenha mas benefícios por já ser cliente, assim como todo local que dou nota, torno a falar, focar na fidelização com o excelente serviço é oque mais prezo.
