★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito estranho, por whatsApp exigem vários requisitos pro pet ser considerado pra hospedagem. Depois de aplicar as vacinas e remédios exigidos por eles, ainda sim não aceitam o animal, com justificativas rasas e sem muita explicação. Achei péssimo e uma perda de tempo. Deviam deixar claro quais raças aceitam ou não.
Very strange service, for whatsApp require several requirements for the pet to be considered for hosting. After applying the vaccines and medicines required by them, they still do not accept the animal, with shallow justifications and without much explanation. I thought it was terrible and a waste of time. They should make it clear which races they accept or not.

Qdo Luninha veio alegrar minha família, foi o primeiro lugar que levei. E aí sim a história com a Zeluz começou de verdade e eu só comprovei o que eu já sabia! Profissionais excelentes, atenciosos e muito carinhosos!! Luna vaj pro Daycare 2 x semana e foi a melhor coisa que fiz na vida, ELA AMA!!!!! A todos os tutores recomendo demais conhecer o trabalho dessa equipe sensacional!!! Zeluz é cuidado e amor não só com nossos filhots mas com a gte que é tutor tb! My story with Zeluz was love at first sight and right before I had my Luninha. I was already following on social media and LOVED everything I saw. When Luninha came to cheer up my family, it was the first place I took her. And then the story with Zeluz really started and I only proved what I already knew! Excellent professionals, attentive and very affectionate!! Luna goes to Daycare 2 x week and it was the best thing I've done in my life, SHE LOVES IT!!!!! To all tutors I highly recommend getting to know the work of this amazing team!!! Zeluz is care and love not only with our puppies but with the gte who is a tutor too! I just have to thank this team for everything ????
