Liguei para o 0800 da loja na tentativa de obter uma simples informação. Fiquei 8 minutos ouvindo uma gravação falando sobre a história da loja e ninguém me atendeu, até que a ligação caiu.
Daí fica a dúvida: se a loja já dar essa dor de cabeça antes de vender... imagina depois que tiver vendido.
I wish I scored ZERO !!
I called the store 0800 in an attempt to get a simple information. I spent 8 minutes listening to a recording talking about the store's history and no one answered, until the call was dropped.
Hence the doubt: if the store already gives you this headache before selling ... imagine after you have sold it.

I bought a fan the attendant didn't want to show me the product was already packing and when I got home the fan with a defect (broken) two pieces.

We bought a rack, they delivered, they gave a deadline for assembly that has passed, we couldn't contact the store and no one gets in touch, I don't recommend the purchase
