Só não dou 5 estrelas por conta de um vendedor específico (Marcio), que já passei pelo mesmo constrangimento algumas outras vezes de entrar na loja e ele ignorar minha presença. A última compra que fiz, quando entrei ele até saiu de perto de onde eu estava olhando os calçados para não me atender. Eu não o conheço fora dali. Algumas outras clientes que eu conheço me relataram algumas atitudes semelhantes. Como sugestão: aconselho rever essas atitudes de como tratar um cliente.
Very nice store, variety and excellent brands. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of a specific seller (Marcio), who's been through the same embarrassment a few other times when I enter the store and he ignores my presence. The last purchase I made, when I walked in he even walked away from where I was looking at the shoes so he wouldn't answer me. I don't know him out there. Some other clients I know have reported similar attitudes to me. As a suggestion: I advise you to review these attitudes of how to treat a customer.
