★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, o exame do meu Pai Estava marcado s 13:00 hrs, chegamos as 12:26. Aguardamos na recepção até q a atendente me chamou pra preencher o formulário, ela finalizou meu atendimento às 12:56 e me pediu pra aguardar o técnico q viria buscar meu pai.
Ficamos até as 13:40 aguardando pra fazer o exame, por duas vezes fui perguntar motivo do atraso e as recepcionistas n sabiam informar. Até que o técnico veio busca lo.
Dou nota zero pra este estabelecimento. Acredito que por ser um estabelecimento de sai de dava priorizar seus pacientes e n deixa -los esperando, sendo q muitos como o caso do meu pai são idosos e tem cancer. Nota zero pro atendimento de vcs.

We stayed until 13:40 waiting to take the exam, twice I went to ask why the delay was coming and the receptionists did not know how to inform. Until the technician came looking for him.
I give zero score for this establishment. I believe that because it is an out-of-office establishment, it was possible to prioritize its patients and not keep them waiting, many of whom, like my father, are elderly and have cancer. Zero score for you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laboratório é muito bom, os técnicos, idem. Mas as recepcionistas parecem "de mal com a vida", não atendem bem nem antes e nem durante a estadia no local. Não sabem dar informações, parecem desconectadas da realidade em que trabalham. Fui pessoalmente, pois moro perto e me disseram que não faziam este meu exame ali( ultrassom dos ombros). Chegando em casa, minha irmã ligou e, por telefone, fomos muito bem atendidas e a ultrassonografia marcada. Não dá pra entender como podem deixar atuar assim as recepcionistas. Falta vontade ou treinamento adequado? Estão certamente, perdendo muito com isso.
The laboratory is very good, the technicians, ditto. But the receptionists seem "bad with life", they do not serve well either before or during the stay at the place. They do not know how to give information, they seem disconnected from the reality in which they work. I went in person, because I live close by and they told me that they did not do my exam there (ultrasound of the shoulders). When I got home, my sister called and, by phone, we were very well attended and the ultrasound was scheduled. You can't understand how the receptionists can act like that. Lack of will or adequate training? They are certainly losing a lot with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu exame estava marcado para as 15:25. Cheguei as 15:22. Só fui ser atendida pelas recepcionistas as 15:44. São 17:06 e ainda não fui atendida. Sendo que deixei o carro no estacionamento do local, o que significa que vou ter que pagar pelo menos 3 horas de carro parado. Sem contar que o controle de covid parece abaixo do necessário pois não há marcaçao nas cadeiras para distanciamento e nem medição de temperatura na entrada. Enquanto esperava vi a filha de uma senhora de 87 anos vir repetidas vezes (4×)à recepção solicitar que alguém da enfermagem fosse retirar o acesso da mãe, que já havia terminado o exame e que estava há mais de 10 horas em.jejum. ainda estou esperando. E só estou esperando pq já estou aqui e já perdi muito tempo para ir refazer em.outro lugar. Mas certamente é a ultima vez que venho e com certeza vou avisar a todos sobre a demora excessiva. Meia hora a gente entende. Uma hora talv3z. Mas mais de duas horas é desrespeitoso. São 17:17 e nada ainda.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha mãe para fazer uma tomografia, chegamos antes do horário agendado, e fomos atendidos quase que de imediato. Local limpíssimo, recepção maravilhosa e funcionários mto educados e atenciosos.
I took my mother for a CT scan, we arrived before the scheduled time, and we were seen almost immediately. Very clean place, wonderful reception and very polite and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente, gostaria de relatar que já fiz exame de ressonância magnética na 3D, Pois bem, estou com encaminhamentos médicos para 2 (dois) exames de ressonância magnética (coluna cervical e ATM) e 1 (um) RX de tórax. Solicitei agendamento na clínica 3D Diagnose e o exames foram autorizados pelo meu plano de saúde. Ocorre que há poucos minutos, quando fui agendar os exames, a representante da 3D disse-me que eu não poderia fazê-lo naquele local por pesar mais de 120kg (peso aproximadamente 125kg). Como disse anteriormente, já fiz exame de RM na 3D, sendo que pesava muito mais na ocasião. Ressalto que quando enviei os pedidos dos exames para a 3D, nada me foi perguntado sobre peso (apenas agora na hora do agendamento me perguntaram), ou seja, perdi bastante tempo (cerca de uma semana) nesse processo. Estou dando uma estrela para esse atendimento apenas por não poder dar ZERO estrelas ou ESTRELAS NEGATIVAS. Muito insatisfeito!

I requested an appointment at the 3D Diagnose clinic and the exams were authorized by my health plan. It happens that a few minutes ago, when I went to schedule the exams, the 3D representative told me that I could not do it in that place because I weighed more than 120kg (weight approximately 125kg). As I said earlier, I already took an MRI scan in 3D, and it weighed much more at the time. I emphasize that when I sent the exam requests to 3D, nothing was asked about weight (only now when scheduling was asked), that is, I lost a lot of time (about a week) in this process. I'm giving a star for this service just because I can't give ZERO stars or NEGATIVE STARS. Very unsatisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre faço meus exames com vcs mas dessa vez não entendi o que aconteceu. Dia 10 de março realizei a desintometria óssea e mamografia, mas as ultrassonografia disseram que agenda tava cheia, teria que esperar abrir última semana de março pra fazer em abril. Passei ZAP 29/03, informaram que ainda não estava aberta agenda mas que entrariam em contato para marcar. Hoje 04/04/2022 como não entraram em contato, resolvi perguntar, qual minha surpresa, responderam que abriu 30/03 e 01/04 já fechou agenda mês abril! E a minha marcação pra fazer meus exames? Vou esperar mais um mês???
I always do my exams with you guys but this time I didn't understand what happened. On March 10, I performed bone dystometry and mammography, but the ultrasounds said that the schedule was full, I would have to wait until the last week of March to open in April. I passed ZAP 03/29, they informed that the agenda was not yet open but that they would contact me to make an appointment. Today 04/04/2022 as they didn't get in touch, I decided to ask, what's my surprise, they replied that it opened 03/30 and 04/01 has already closed April schedule! What about my appointment to take my exams? Will I wait another month???
