A primeira é que o atendimento tanto por telefone quanto presencial é muito atencioso, fomos muito bem tratados e o fato de oferecerem um desconto à vista, eu achei muito bom.
O segundo, que para mim foi o que pesou ao dar a nota, é que meu cachorro ao sair da tomografia, apresentou um barulho estranho, e de acordo com a anestesista, era um "ESPIRRO INVERSO". Achei muito estranho, pois conheço meu cachorro há 16 anos e sabia que aquilo não se tratava de um espirro. Além do mais o Nick ainda estava sob efeito de anestesia quando me foi entregue, nem ficar em pé ele estava, depois analisando tudo, acho que o motivo da pressa era um medo de algo acontecer com o Nick e ele estar nas dependências da clinica. Ou seja, ao chegar ao carro que estava do outro lado da rua, tomei a decisão de levá-lo ao veterinário dele de confiança, pois aquele barulho estava muito estranho. Dois minutos depois meu cachorro começou a soltar muita espuma pela boca, muita mesmo. Obvio que não voltei a Advance, e constatamos que ele teve um processo alérgico ao corticoide. Minha avaliação aqui é para que nas próximas vezes, ao invés de achar algo, o interessante é o profissional pelo menos observar melhor o animal e no minimo entregá-lo da mesma forma que ele chegou. Não sei se eu voltaria a fazer exame na clinica.

I thought it was very strange, because I have known my dog for 16 years and knew that it was not a sneeze. Besides, Nick was still under the effect of anesthesia when it was delivered to me, he wasn't even standing up, after analyzing everything, I think the reason for the rush was a fear of something happening to Nick and him being on the clinic's premises. That is, when I got to the car that was across the street, I made the decision to take him to his trusted vet, because that noise was very strange. Two minutes later my dog started to foam a lot, very much. Obviously, I did not return to Advance, and we found that he had an allergic process to corticosteroids. My assessment here is that the next time, instead of finding something, the interesting thing is for the professional to at least observe the animal better and at least deliver it the same way it arrived. I don't know if I would take the exam again at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado dia 16/01/21 levei meu pet ao veterinário e ele pediu um RX digital.
Começava minha saga pois o animal é grande e bravo, passei a manhã ligando e recebendo negativas, pois devido ao peso nem todas clínicas estão preparadas para esse atendimento. Bom já estava abalada com o pré diagnóstico e com a possibilidade de não ter o atendimento. Nas várias tentativas e buscas na internet surgiu advance , liguei e fui muito bem atendida por telefone e chegando a clínica o tratamento também de alta qualidade .
Todos os profissionais muito atenciosos e precisos nas informações e trataram meu zulu com muita qualidade e atenção.
Fiquei muito grata pois no meu dia caótico encontrei uma clínica com atendimento excepcional.

My saga started because the animal is big and angry, I spent the morning calling and receiving negatives, because due to the weight not all clinics are prepared for this service. Bom was already shaken by the pre-diagnosis and the possibility of not having the assistance. In the various attempts and searches on the internet, advance appeared, I called and I was very well attended by phone and the clinic also received high quality treatment.
All the professionals were very attentive and accurate in their information and treated my Zulu with great quality and attention.
I was very grateful because in my chaotic day I found a clinic with exceptional care.

e costumam ser mais baratos, pois é mais para verificar se houve melhora no que foi constatado anteriormente. Ou seja, se você faz o em uma semana e precisa repetir na próxima, vai pagar o valor cheio nas duas vezes...
