★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima prestação de servico, estão pouco se lichando para os clientes. A internet fica dias sem funcionar e não atendem o telefone porque não tem respostas. Então simplesmente deixam os clientes sem retorno nenhum, não atendem telefone, nem whatsapp, nem celular. Na hora que o cliente mais precisam de atendimento desaparecem. Não indico a ninguém.
Poor service provision, there is little licensing for customers. The internet goes down for days and they don't answer the phone because they don't have answers. So they simply leave customers with no return whatsoever, do not answer the phone, neither whatsapp nor cell phone. When the customer needs more assistance they disappear. I don't tell anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, retorno péssimo, me fizeram aguardar 5 dias pq n tinham material, dxaram a GT esperando ontem o dia todo e só apareceram hj na hora do almoço falando que não podia fazer a instalação sendo que o técnico nem lá n foi o que prova que essa análise poderia ter sido feita antes a agr a atendente me bloqueou no WhatsApp, falta de profissionalismo
Lousy service, lousy return, they made me wait 5 days because they had no material, they left the GT waiting all day yesterday and only showed up at lunch today saying they couldn't do the installation and the technician wasn't there as proof that this analysis could have been done before the clerk blocked me on WhatsApp, lack of professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima prestação de serviço. Não atendem telefone, não respondem e-mail. Após os clientes efetuarem os pagamentos, a internet começa a dar problema. Tentam inverter e colocam o cliente como o algoz pois segundo o gerente eles possuem influência na cidade de Esmeraldas e não dá nada para eles. Segundo os funcionários o dono possui contato forte com pessoas influentes na cidade.
Poor service. They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to email. After the customers make the payments, the internet starts to give a problem. They try to invert and put the customer as the bully because according to the manager they have influence in the city of Esmeraldas and gives nothing to them. According to the officials the owner has strong contact with influential people in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade da Internet melhorou nos últimos meses, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Marcam manutenção na residência e não aparecem. Temos que ficar ligando o dia todo para cobrar. Os atendentes não conseguem comunicar direito com a equipe técnica pra saber se já fizeram a manutenção ou se ainda vão conseguir fazer. Estressante resolver problemas com essa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. A internet fica mais desligada, já estou a 2 semanas sem acesso. Liga na central a atendende Ana Luiza diz q não tem problema na rede do Dumaville e abre ordem de serviço os técnicos mts vezes sem ir ao local fecham a ordem alegando que não tinha ninguém em casa e quando vão ficam cochichando dentro da casa resolve o problema com menos de 10 min, não passa 3dias cadê internet. Não recomendo nem pra inimigo.
Terrible service. The internet is more disconnected, I'm 2 weeks without access. The technicians often without going to the location close the order claiming that there was no one at home and when they go they are whispering inside the house, it solves the problem with less than 10 min, it doesn't spend 3 days on the internet.
