Ao questionar a funcionária se o paleto foi lavado, ela se arquivou informando que nao dao garantia de limpeza. Questionou ainda se eu tinha interesse na relavagem, com a cobrança de uma nova taxa. Absurdo!! Nao prestam o serviço com a mesma qualidade das demais franquias.
I expected more from the store. I left a suit with small dirt marks, which were not removed. When questioning the employee if the suit was washed, she filed informing that it does not guarantee cleanliness. He also asked if I was interested in the rewashing by charging a new fee. Absurd!! They do not provide the service with the same quality as other franchises.

Por favor eu imploro, casamento é amanha e nao tenho a camisa certa e nao tenho tempo hábil de mandar fazer outra.
I left a shirt for a wedding to wash and due to traffic I didn't arrive on time, you guys close at 5pm, does anyone know how I can talk to someone to pick it up on Saturday? on google it says it doesn't open on saturday. Please I beg you, wedding is tomorrow and I don't have the right shirt and I don't have the time to have another one made.
