O gerente da loja começou discutir como uma senhora ao gritos com ela ,ameaçou dar uma cabeçada nela por pouco não acertou o rosto dela .Só parou quando um homem tipo Maguila disse pra ele vem pra cima de mim seu covarde ai ele afinou ...Não aconselho ninguém comprar nessa loja .
 I'm giving 1 star because I'm obliged, I managed to solve my problem by threatening to call the police. The store manager started to discuss how a lady screaming at her, threatened to headbutt her just missed her face. Just stopped when a man like Maguila told him to come up to me, you coward, he tuned ... I do not advise anyone to buy at this store.

A nova equipe foi atenciosa e assim que entrei em contato consegui resolver de forma amigável meu problema recebi minha máquina sem maiores questionamentos o gerente me solicitou um prazo para resolver eu resolvi dar está chance e realmente na data combinada ele teve a solução do meu problema se esta equipe permanecer eu compraria novamente
After many problems with the old administration, which sold me a product I didn't have and promised me a deadline that didn't exist .... The new team was attentive and as soon as I got in touch I was able to solve my problem in a friendly way I received my machine without further questions the manager asked me for a deadline to resolve it i decided to give this chance and really on the agreed date he had the solution to my problem if this team remains i would buy again

Para quem quiser fazer o mesmo que eu o nome do proprietário é KaiKe Ferreira da Rocha. Eles retiraram do ar o site da empresa e o perfil da empresa no facebook, são golpistas.

For those who want to do the same as me, the name of the owner is KaiKe Ferreira da Rocha. They removed the company's website and the company's profile on facebook, they are scammers.

Mandei outro e-mail hoje pedindo o reembolso do meu dinheiro até sexta-feira dia 16 /02. Se não me der uma resposta até nessa data estarei procurando a polícia o ministério público para fazer uma denúncia que isso aí é crime de estelionato e tsmbem estarei procurando Procon
