Se o exame é as 11:30 e eu chego às 11:28 ?Não existe isso ,eu estava dentro do meu horário e não atrasada.
I had an exam scheduled for 11:30, I arrived at 11:28 when I got the password. The unit was empty and the doctor just didn't want to see me.

Os funcionários são muito bem selecionados e humanos, nos acolhem com muita atenção, carinho e gentileza! Deixo um especial agradecimento a 2 médicas fantásticas do ultrassom, que além de executarem meus exames com perfeição técnica, se mostraram extremamente humanas frente às angústias que eu apresentava. Dra Marília e Dra Alaíde, vocês honram a nossa profissão, sintam muito orgulho por serem quem vocês são! Que vocês possam trazer luz e aconchego pra todos que precisarem de afeto humano, assim como trouxeram pra mim. Deixo também um abraço para a Camila (recepção), Rosângela e Letícia (coleta) e Danielly (ultrassom), todas vocês são muito especiais e trabalham com muito amor e empenho. Sucesso para todos!
I am a doctor and I was pleasantly surprised by the standard of care at this unit, which is light years ahead of other Amais units! The employees are very well selected and human, they welcome us with great attention, affection and kindness! I leave a special thanks to 2 fantastic ultrasound doctors, who, in addition to performing my exams with technical perfection, were extremely human in the face of the anxieties I had. Dr Marília and Dr Alaíde, you honor our profession, feel very proud for being who you are! May you bring light and warmth to all who need human affection, just as you did for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente laboratório da Av Brasil! Eu costumava ir no A+ da Brigadeiro Luís Antônio e me surpreendi com este que é muito mais vazio e o atendimento muito mais ágil que desta outra unidade .
Único “problema “pra quem não mora perto, estacionamento pago , R$17,00 e não há vaga na rua/ avenida.
Excellent laboratory at Av Brasil! I used to go to the A+ at Brigadeiro Luís Antônio and I was surprised with this one, which is much more empty and the service much more agile than in this other unit.
Only “problem” for those who don't live nearby, paid parking, R$17.00 and there is no parking space on the street/avenue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso elogiar o laboratório. Realizei 3 exames na unidade, fui super bem atendida por toda equipe, ambas as médicas que me examinaram foram atenciosas e cuidadosas, me explicando os procedimentos e quase não tive tempo de espera! Estão de parabéns!
I need to praise the lab. I performed 3 exams in the unit, I was very well attended by the entire team, both doctors who examined me were thoughtful and careful, explaining the procedures to me and I had almost no waiting time! They are to be congratulated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. As duas vezes que estive aqui fui atendida com muito atraso. Local totalmente desorganizado. Não sei para que marcam hora de te deixam uma eternidade esperando.
Terrible. Both times I've been here I've been treated very late. Totally disorganized place. I don't know why they make an appointment to keep you forever waiting.

Só tive boas experiências no A+. Nessa unidade também. Equipe da recepção gentil, equipe de enfermagem e médica também. Muito atentas, delicadas e me explicaram todos os procedimentos, verificavam como estava me sentindo.
Me senti muito segura e acolhida.
Além do quê ´nos horários que fui estava bem tranquilo.
Recomendo!

Ontem fui pessoalmente marcar uns exames, a atendente pegou meus documentos e a carteirinha do convênio
Marcou meus exames para o dia seguinte
Hoje quando cheguei às 7:30 da manhã para realizar os exames marcados por ela ontem, simplesmente a mesma moça que marcou os exames falou que houve um engano e que não poderia realizar meus exames, porque meu convênio foi discredenciado.
Estou indignada, com a falta de respeito, porque ela não viu isso antes de todo o agendamento, erro gravíssimo ela falou que colocou outro plano para fazer o agendamento, ou seja eu saí de casa cedo , para não consegui fazer os exames
