★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou chocada com a falta de organização e respeito com os clientes / paciente. Me passaram uma informação por telefone que não condiz com a verdade. Por isso meu pai, idoso, viveu uma situação de constrangimento e estresse. Informaram que ele poderia realizar tomografias pelo convênio e lá chegando disseram que não há cobertura pelo plano dele e tentaram nos convencer a pagar um valor de R$ 1.800,00 para que ele ão perdesse a viagem. Nunca mais utilizarei esse laboratório e não recomendo!!!
 I am appalled by the lack of organization and respect for customers / patient. I was given information over the phone that does not match the truth. That's why my father, an elderly man, lived in a situation of embarrassment and stress. They informed him that he could perform CT scans through the health insurance and when they arrived they said that there is no coverage under his plan and tried to convince us to pay an amount of R$ 1,800.00 so that he would not miss the trip. I will never use this lab again and I don't recommend it!!!

Altíssimo nível. A rapidez, no atendimento, é visível. A Simone do atendimento é exemplar e a Enfermeira-Técnica Vanessa é fantástica no seu trabalho. Parabéns à CDB. Um exemplo a ser seguido. Nota Mil. 5 Estrelas é pouco. Dou 10 estrelas.
For the first time I went to this EXCELLENT LABORATORY. I was impressed with the service, from reception, exam collection and coffee ☕. The location is fantastic, first world. Very high level. The speed, in the service, is visible. Simone in the service is exemplary and Technical Nurse Vanessa is fantastic in her work. Congratulations to CBD. An example to be followed. Note Thousand. 5 Stars is not enough. I give 10 stars.

Excellent cleanliness and structure. Qualified and friendly staff. The only problem is the delay in service at the reception. I highly recommend the Premium unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, meu exame era as 9:30, são 11h e ninguém sequer veio informar algo, se tem uma pessoa, um aparelho, isso pq tem somente 3 pessoas para fazer exames juntamente comigo.
NÃO RECOMENDO, a não ser que a pessoa não tenha nada para fazer e deseja esperar
Terrible, my exam was at 9:30, it's 11:00 and no one even came to inform me, if there's a person, a device, that's because there are only 3 people to do exams with me.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND unless the person has nothing to do and wants to wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo se houver outra escolha para exames, no meu caso tive um tempo de espera de 1 hora apenas para abrir ficha (todos os exames estavam agendados). Recebi um protocolo para receber os resultados dia 14/2 e, após ligar na central porque não chegou no dia, me avisaram que seria apenas dia 2/3 (mais de duas semanas depois), sem justificativas. Tentei ligar no local e ou não atendiam ou a ligação caia, tentei pela central e me colocaram na espera até a ligação cair novamente. Não pretendo nunca mais usar os serviços do CDB enquanto tiverem outras opções.
I do not recommend it if there is another choice for exams, in my case I had a waiting time of 1 hour just to open a form (all exams were scheduled). I received a protocol to receive the results on 2/14 and, after calling the center because it did not arrive on the day, they told me that it would only be on 2/3 (more than two weeks later), without justification. I tried to call on the spot and either they didn't answer or the call dropped, I tried the central and they put me on hold until the call dropped again. I don't intend to ever use CBD services again while they have other options.

1) marcaram para eu estar aqui às 8 cheguei as 7:50 e só fui atendida as 9 eletrocardiograma e ainda esperando para exame de sangue;
2) quando agendei deixei claro que a consulta seria em 13/01/22 ela garantiu a entrega dos exames dia 11, eu ainda insisti que era melhor antecipar o exame para não ter problema e ela disse que não precisava me preocupar…
Agora estou aqui e o atendimento está dizendo que só entrega 14/01, disse que a central NÃO sabe como funciona e eu respondi que não tenho nada a ver com os problemas de vcs!
3) informaram ter que apresentar o comprovante de vacinação, o atendente nem olhou e disse “isso NÃO precisa”
Muito decepcionada com o atendimento de hoje, sempre foi excelente mas desta vez muito ruim, ressalto que minha mãe tem 87 anos, e estando em jejum é necessário atentar para tempo de espera pois tem medicamentos que só podem ser tomados após alimentação.
Quero acrescentar que a técnica de enfermagem Daiana foi muito atenciosa e buscou resolver o problema com a entrega para 12/01/22.
Scheduling error
1) I was scheduled to be here at 8 am I arrived at 7:50 am and I was only seen at 9 am electrocardiogram and still waiting for a blood test;
2) when I made the appointment, I made it clear that the appointment would be on 01/13/22, she guaranteed the delivery of the exams on the 11th, I still insisted that it was better to anticipate the exam so there was no problem and she said I didn't have to worry...
Now I'm here and the customer service is saying that they only deliver on 1/14, they said that the central does NOT know how it works and I replied that I have nothing to do with your problems!
3) reported having to present proof of vaccination, the attendant did not even look and said “this is NOT necessary”
Very disappointed with today's service, it was always excellent but this time very bad, I emphasize that my mother is 87 years old, and being fasting, it is necessary to pay attention to the waiting time because there are medicines that can only be taken after eating.
I want to add that the nursing technician Daiana was very attentive and tried to solve the problem with the delivery for 01/12/22.
