★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um pouco decepcionante ! já comprei inumeras vezes atraves do site e na propria loja, contudo ao ser atendido mais uma vez não acharam meu cadastro ? outro ponto, Ok pecas maiores ter um pz para entrega, agora um simples vaso de mesa não poder ser comprado e levar na hora nada dá.
 A little disappointing ! Única sugestão é incluir no recado automático do WhatsApp geral do Abracasa que a demora pra resposta é de até 72 horas (devia ser até menos). Depois que consegui ser atendida, foi tudo ótimo. Sanaram meu problema com rapidez, inclusive quando mudei de idéia depois que já havia feito a troca.
Nothing to complain about after the first call. The girls were great.
The only suggestion is to include in Abracasa's general WhatsApp automatic message that the response time is up to 72 hours (should be even less). After I managed to get service, everything was great. They fixed my problem quickly, even when I changed my mind after I had already made the switch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Descompromissados com o cliente! Comprei um buffet na cor ROSA na própria loja, o vendedor me entregou embalado. Para a minha surpresa, na hora da montagem, o buffet tinha vindo BRANCO. Fiz a reclamação, depois de 5 dias me responderam que nao teriam mais o produto, e que eu deveria escolher outro produto. Sem contar ba demora do atendimento no pós venda! Um absurdo! Comprei em loja achando que estava levando a cor certa e fui enganada! Agora ou me contento com outra cor ou troco por outro produto. É brincadeira?
Terrible attendance! Uncommitted to the customer! I bought a PINK buffet at the store, the seller delivered it to me packed. To my surprise, at the time of assembly, the buffet had come WHITE.
