Mas o atendimento para resolver os problemas é moroso, descaso. Você tem que ficar implorando e correndo atrás para ter informações sobre o que será feito e prazos. Não recomendo para ninguém. Decepção total
 Bad experience. I bought all the furniture in my room and had defect problems with all of them. Impressive. The service at the time of the sale is kind. But the service to solve the problems takes time, neglect. You have to be begging and running around to get information about what will be done and deadlines. I don't recommend it to anyone. Total disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ minha experiencia, foi pessima, atendem muito bem ate conseguir a venda ,depois vc fica implorando para resolver os probleamas , comprei minha sala e varanda com eles , uma mesa de centro veio com a cor divergente dos demais moveis da sala , e eles nao trocaram , empurram td e mais alguma coisa pra vc .mas nao resolvem qq problema. quem me atendeu foi a vendedora Monica ,essa se quer responde minhas ligacoes .PESSIMA ,nao procurem por ela.
my experience, it was terrible, they serve very well until I get the sale, then you are begging to solve the problems, I bought my room and balcony with them, a coffee table came with the color divergent from the other furniture in the room, and they didn’t change , push td and anything else for you .but they don't solve any problem. who attended me was the saleswoman Monica, she wants to answer my calls. PESSIMA, do not look for her.
