★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até aparecer um problema, boa. Os professoras são ótimos. A estrutura é excelente.
Porém, a comunicação é péssima, quando precisam te dar um retorno, resolver algo, ninguém sabe nada. Quando há troca de professores o novo professor não sabe como está o aluno, se deve ou não progredir.
Meus filhos não fizeram a avaliação, porque estávamos no pico da pandemia e pegaram um resfriado, não quis mandá-los para não colocar em risco a saúde de outros alunos. Já se passaram mais de 4 meses e não os avaliaram. E agora a desculpa é que eles não podem progredir de turma porque não há vagas, como assim?! Eles estão bem e aptos segundo informações dos próprios professores. Apenas porque estamos no final do ano.
É um descaso e uma desorganização.
Ainda aguardo uma solução correta e justa quanto a progressão deles.

However, communication is terrible, when they need to give you feedback, solve something, nobody knows anything. When there is a change of teachers, the new teacher does not know how the student is doing, whether or not to progress.
My children did not take the assessment, because we were at the height of the pandemic and they caught a cold, I did not want to send them so as not to put the health of other students at risk. It's been more than 4 months and they haven't been evaluated. And now the excuse is that they can't progress from the class because there are no vacancies, what do you mean?! They are fine and fit according to information from the teachers themselves. Just because it's the end of the year.
It's a neglect and a disorganization.
I still await a correct and fair solution regarding their progression.
Ms. Sandra resolved the issue with great competence and professionalism, after understanding the whole context.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a academia caiu muito em relação a qualidade dos profissionais, ao invés de formados colocam estagiários para ministrar as aulas e por consequência baixo nível de evolução dos alunos, meus filhos ficaram 1 ano e pouco aprenderam, não fiquei satisfeito, não tenho vontade nenhuma em matricular meus filhos lá, de novo, infelizmente a ganância dos proprietários falam mais alto e por consequência reduz a qualidade das aulas
Unfortunately, the academy has dropped a lot in terms of the quality of professionals, instead of graduates they put interns to teach classes and consequently low level of evolution of students, my children stayed for 1 year and learned little, I was not satisfied, I have no desire to enroll my children there, again, unfortunately the greed of the owners speaks louder and consequently reduces the quality of the classes

A very good place for learning, from the reception to the teachers....the owners, very attentive, really are all willing to bring the best within each activity, I do weight training and swimming and the service is simply fantastic, the team is super aligned with the Clients satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha faz natação lá e gosta muito... os professores são muito bons, não dou nota 5, porque acho o valor da mensalidade para criança alta, para fazer apenas natação e porque o prédio preciso de manutenção pq por exemplo há muitas paredes descascando.
