Tudo foi resolvido on-line e não foi necessário me deslocar até a imobiliária até o momento de pegar as chaves! A análise da ficha foi feita de forma super rápida e em menos de uma semana eu já tinha a chave em mãos. Recomendo para quem estiver procurando um imóvel e para quem tiver um imóvel parado por aí. :)
I rented a property with Renascença and I was very well attended from the first moment, friendly and attentive professionals. Everything was resolved online and I didn't have to go to the real estate agency until it was time to get the keys! The analysis of the file was done very quickly and in less than a week I had the key in my hands. I recommend it for anyone looking for a property and for anyone who has a property lying around. :)

Um agradecimento especial,a Caroline gerente da filial Bota Fogo,que não mediu esforços,pra nos mostrar o apartamento,quando não tinha funcionário disponível no momento,ela mesmo se deslocou ,até Copa pra nós mostrar... viabilizando o nosso contrato de locação,que infelizmente não foi aceito pelo proprietário.Que nos presta assistência incomparável ,onde não encontramos em nenhuma outra.
E mesmo não fechando o contrato com ela,se mostra solidária conosco!!!
Que este exemplo de profissionalismo e humanidade,seja seguido por muito!

Special thanks to Caroline manager of the Bota Fogo branch, who spared no effort to show us the apartment, when there was no employee available at the time, she even traveled to Copa for us to show us... making our lease agreement viable ,which unfortunately was not accepted by the owner.Who provides us with incomparable assistance, which is not found anywhere else.
And even not closing the contract with her, shows solidarity with us!!!
