★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As taxas são muito altas e a segurança dos cartões não é nada boa. Tenho que deixar meu cartão constantemente bloqueado, só desbloqueio quando vou usar, pois os bandidos sempre conseguem hacker cartão e vivem tentando fazer compras online no meu cartão de crédito.
The fees are very high and the security of the cards is not good at all. I have to leave my card constantly blocked, I only unblock it when I go to use it, because the crooks always manage to hack the card and keep trying to make online purchases on my credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre quando vou nessa agência sou super destratada, as gerentes que ficam atendendo nas mesas não fazem um bom atendimento, atende com ma vontade, parece que é um fardo trabalhar lá. Engraçado que é só nessa agência. Deve acontecer algo muito ruim lá.
Whenever I go to this branch, I'm super treated, the managers who are working at the desks don't provide a good service, they serve them grudgingly, it seems like it's a burden to work there. Funny that it's only at this agency. Something really bad must happen there.
