- Não me deu nenhuma explicação, somente fez o procedimento, liberou o carro e nem muito obrigado.
- Péssima experiência!

- I made a rental through the rentscar website and went to this store to pick up the car... I was attended by the apathetic employee, grumpy, without even a good night.
- He didn't give me any explanation, he just did the procedure, released the car and no thanks.
