★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, vim deixar um carro da empresa que estava agendado, só que não me informaram sobre o que se tratava, acreditava que chegando aqui eles poderiam verificar no sistema pela placa, se é devolução, revisão etc. Já que estava agendado e tem funcionário pra isso, mas, não! Tive que dá um jeito de falar com alguém da minha empresa, pra saber e passar pra eles da localiza, pra só depois, poderem me atender, após isso, entraram no sistema pra confirmar se era revisão mesmo, então eles poderiam ter feito antes, já fiquei bem chateado com essa situação, após, perguntaram se havia alguma coisa dentro do veículo, havia um vasilhame de oléo, o atendente disse que não poderia haver nada no veículo, indaguei, então você liga pra empresa e informa isso, o mesmo replicou que eu que deveria informar lá, por vez, lhe disse que não era minha função, informar as regras da empresa dele, posterior a isso eu deveria voltar pra empresa para trabalhar, o bendito atendente vem e diz que se eu não esperar, após, eles terminarem o serviço eles jogam o carro na rua e seria problema meu. Atendimento padrão Fifa esse!

I had to find a way to talk to someone from my company, to find out and pass it on to them from the localization, so that they could only assist me later, after that, they entered the system to confirm if it was really a review, so they could have done it before, I was already very upset about this situation, after, they asked if there was anything inside the vehicle, there was a bottle of oil, the attendant said that there could be nothing in the vehicle, I asked, so you call the company and inform that, the same replied that I should inform him there, at a time, I told him that it was not my job to inform his company's rules, after that I should go back to the company to work, the blessed attendant comes and says that if I don't wait, then, they finish the job they throw the car in the street and it would be my problem. Standard Fifa service this one!
